The guest cottage of 45 km2 , 1 room & kitchen, is located on Djurö (Djurhamn) in the Stockholm Archipelago about 4.5 miles from Slussen, Stockholm, bus 434 (about 1 hour drive). The house is located 1 km from ICA and the 3 beaches that are nearby. kitchen, water toilet, washing machine, fridge/freezer, TV 52 inches, App TV, Wifi, private patio with umbrella. Parking by the garage. The couch folds down to a 120 cm bed, extra mass available Self check-in is via a “code box” where the key is located, see pictures, code comes when booking.

The cottage is located high up. Sun much of the day/evening. Natural plot shared with main building. Neighbors are around, not close, you can help yourself. The cottage has a large bright living room, a smaller bedroom, a mini kitchen as well as a toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer. three km to the sea and child-friendly swimming. Both near the cottage and at Värmdö there are scenic areas for recreation. Two km to the bus stop with direct bus to Slussen/Stockholm. Seven km to a grocery store. Two bicycles are available.

Cottage 15 m from the sea in a beautiful area

The cottage has one room with two beds and a kitchen with running cold water. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Private patio with barbecue area is down by the jetty. The cottage is secluded in a quiet and protected bay. You get here by car or bus to Stavsnäs, and then by the ferry towards Sandhamn to our island. The cottage is about 10 minutes walk from the jetty. The terrain is a bit hilly so not suitable for stroller or roller bags.

Maximalt antal gäster i dessa är 16st. Möjlighet finns för ytterligare extrasängar samt barnsängar (vid förfrågan). 4 badrum m toaletter. Husen ligger på en stor trädgårds- och naturtomt med en egen brygga, bastu och privat strand på skärgårdens pärla Djurö, cirka 50 minuters bilfärd från Stockholm.

The house is in Stavsnäs, close to Sjösala and close to the city on the archipelago. The house is newly renovated. 3 beds in the house upstairs and a 2 bed sofa bed for guests downstairs. Pub/café and shop close by. 8 min walk to the bus, 10 min to ferries, 45 min to Stockholm. Peaceful, cosy. Private parking with boat or car. Obs: Towels and bedsheets is ”not” included. Cleaning is not included. The house must be restored to the same condition at checkout as it was on the arrivial day.
