Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

It is ideally located at the gates of Munich and is therefore the perfect starting point for all sights in Munich and on the edge of the Bavarian Alps. Hiking & ski resorts easy to reach. From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Incl. private terrace (~20 sqm) available - approx. 800m to downtown Gauting & S-Bahn Gauting (S6) - 25 min direct journey to Munich (Oktober Fest, Marienplatz) - In ~5 min in the Grubmühler Feld recreation area (Würm).

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Spacious self-contained apartment in the attic of a former farmhouse. Located between Lake Ammersee, Lake Starnberg, Lake Wörthsee, Lake Pilsensee and Lake Weßling, in the middle of the 5-lake region. In the house is also the apartment of the landlords and an office. Parking is available in front of the house on the street. By car, it is just under 5 minutes to the nearest bakery / supermarket. Note: We have a dog.
