On the terrace outside the cottage, there are tables & chairs 🙌 The property consists of two cottages: a fully-equipped cottage with a 180 cm double bed & a 130 cm sofa bed & another small cottage next door with two 90 cm beds (this one has no running water 💦) Please note: This home is not suitable for families with children under 10 years of age!

The house has its own entrance with a gate code and is an extension of the main building where the owner lives. Welcome!

Country cottage - Norrlandet - Gävle

The house is in a quiet and pleasant area in nature. It was built in the 1950s, but has since been renovated and partially modernized. For those who appreciate simple conditions in an authentic environment, the house is a place of peace. Four single beds are available, two in the house, and two in the guest house. Please note that the toilet (dry toilet) and shower with hot water are located in the guest house. It is a place well suited to being in contact with nature, exercising, resting and finding peace.

You have access to the whole plot and the dock. The rent includes the use of towels and bed linens. There is also access to firewood and a sauna that you can heat up yourself.
