Welcome to this peaceful, newly built ecological accommodation in the middle of nature ❤️ Here you will find a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, coffee maker. There is a washing machine as well as toilet & shower. On the terrace outside the cottage, there are tables & chairs 🙌 The accommodation consists of two cottages: a fully equipped cottage with a 180 cm double bed & a 130 cm sofa bed & another small cottage next door with two 90 cm beds (this one lacks running water💦) Note: This home is not suitable for families with children under 10 years old!

Sjöhuset - boats, beach, sauna, jetty and barbecue!

Create new memories in a unique accommodation on a large south-facing headland with panoramic views of Lake Storsjön. In the canoe, boat or Stand Up Paddle on the fish-rich lake (70 km² and 150 islands). Late breakfast on the jetty. Swim privately from the jetty or by the small sandy beach after the sauna. Close to Högbo Bruk with mountain bike trails, canoe trails, paddle tennis, cross-country trails and large forests. 28km to Kungsberget's ski resort for slalom & cross country skiing, hiking, bear safari. Gävle town and Furuviks park. Motorboat available to hire.

Lakeside one-story villa in a smaller residential area. Small swimming area with beach in the area. Adjacent to the area is an illuminated cross-country ski trail, walking distance to two major beaches, restaurant and golf course (pay & play). If the ice allows, there is a plowed ice rink on the lake. Distances: Sandviken city center and adventure pool 4 km, Göransson arena 3 km, Årsunda beach 10 km, Högbo Bruk with cross-country trails, mountain bike trails and 18-hole golf course 10 km, Kungsberget ski resort 27 km, Gävle 27 km, Furuvik 43 km.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

House by the sea with terrace & fireplace

Modern and spacious house with stunning views right by the water where you can enjoy in front of a wood-fired fireplace. Cozy walking paths, plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forests and good swimming opportunities. There are two large terraces - the upper one is under the open sky and the lower has roof over in case it rains. Superb kitchen with everything you need. There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

Country cottage - Norrlandet - Gävle

Huset ligger i ett lugnt och trivsamt område i naturen. Det är byggt på femtiotalet, men sedan dess renoverat och delvist moderniserat. För de som uppskattar enkla förhållanden i autentisk miljö, är huset en plats med ro. Fyra enkelsängar finns, två i huset, och två i gäststugan. Observera att WC (torrtoalett) och dusch med varmvatten, ligger i gäststugan. Det är ett ställe väl anpassat till att vara i kontakt med naturen, utöva motion, vila och finna ro.

Welcome to our guest house in the cottage area Hästhagen by Lake Öjaren. A few minutes from Högbo Bruk with nice cross-country skiing, mountain bike arena, golf courses, canoe rental, paddle tennis, etc. 25 minutes from Kungsberget's ski and bike facility. Walking distance to the lake for swimming and fishing. 1 km to Gästrikeleden with nice hiking and many miles of bike trails. In winter, 5 km ice rink on the lake within a few minutes' walking distance.

There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

Only 10 minutes walk to the sea and swimming. 5 minutes to the scenic walking route Boulognen with water and beautiful green areas with vegetation.

Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive. Private kitchen as well as the bathroom. Check in after 3 p.m. Check out before 11am Guests clean the home on departure, alternatively cleaning can be added as an option of 850kr.
