Welcome to Lugnet 16 – a charming 1930s house in Strömsbergs Bruk, Tierp. Enjoy the tranquility of a lush garden with berry bushes and apple trees. Nearby are a swimming jetty, playground, historic buildings, craft shop and a cozy café. Nice walking trails and mushroom and berry picking in the forest. The house has two bedrooms plus an extra bed. Living room, kitchen and dining area with stoves in both the kitchen and living room. Perfect for relaxation, with proximity to Tierp Arena, Furuvik, beaches and farm shops.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Old Gefle

Spacious, cozy apartment, about 80 sqm, with its own entrance and a cozy little patio with the possibility of barbecuing. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom and is secluded in the basement of my own villa in Gamla Gefle. The area is a quiet oasis with cobblestone streets, but just a stone's throw away from restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores and museums. It is a ten-minute walk to both the train station and to the beautiful, scenic Boulognerskogen where there is a swimming area, mini golf, outdoor gym.

Magnifika solnedgångar från altanen. Till närmaste badplats är det ca 1,5 km. Sök på Fagerviken, Lövstabukten. Vid färre än 8 gäster kan vissa sovrum vara stängda. Här finns en pool för 8 personer (maj-sep), gungor, studsmatta, lekstuga samt grill och utemöbler för långa sommarkvällar. Endast 10 min från Furuviksparken, badstrand och Gävle city. Sängkläder och handdukar kan hyras för 150 kr / person eller tas med själv.

Only 10 minutes walk to the sea and swimming. 5 minutes to the scenic walking route Boulognen with water and beautiful green areas with vegetation.

Spacious and peaceful location in Mårdäng, 15 minutes by car to Gävle city center. The guest house is located on the same property as the main building where the owner lives. Private kitchen as well as bathroom. Check-in after 3 p.m. Check-out before 11 a.m. Guests clean the house on departure, alternatively, cleaning can be added as an option at SEK 850.

Närhet till flertal skidspår vintertid. 45 min till Kungsberget. Gångavstånd till Furuviksparken sommartid. Huset är ombyggt 2022 och i fint skick. Utsikten är magisk.
