The apartment offers a perfect balance between price and quality. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need. The best part, however, is its location — within walking distance of all the main sights. It takes just about 5 minutes to reach the seafront, and the Kadıköy ferry station is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the stunning streets of this beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend Demet and her apartment for a lovely holiday in the amazing Moda.

This place was a perfect little studio in Kadikoy - right in the middle of everything. Perfectly sized for a solo or couple to stay. Place was clean. People in the building all seem friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was very pleasant. Albana is very welcoming and responsive. She checked us in at the appointed time. When we had any questions, she answered us immediately. The apartment is the same as shown. The atmosphere makes you feel at home. The area is pleasant. On the ground floor there is a Carrefour and a beauty salon, where we got our hair done. There is a bus stop about 6-7 minutes away. The nearest mall is a 30-minute walk away. On the other side of the boulevard there is a pharmacy, cafes, and pastry shops. I recommend Albana and her apartment 10/10.

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

It was a great stay, thank you very much Mr. Veysel for everything, he is a very understanding and sweet host. The house is already perfect, you do not need to think about any earthquake problems due to its magnificent view and unique nature and one floor. Definitely everyone should experience this place!

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.

The house was very clean and tidy, they also helped with the check-in/check-out time. Mr. Kaan is one of the most interested hosts I have seen on airbnb, you can stay with peace of mind.
