The apartment offers a perfect balance between price and quality. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need. The best part, however, is its location — within walking distance of all the main sights. It takes just about 5 minutes to reach the seafront, and the Kadıköy ferry station is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the stunning streets of this beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend Demet and her apartment for a lovely holiday in the amazing Moda.

This place was a perfect little studio in Kadikoy - right in the middle of everything. Perfectly sized for a solo or couple to stay. Place was clean. People in the building all seem friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was very pleasant. Albana is very welcoming and responsive. She checked us in at the appointed time. When we had any questions, she answered us immediately. The apartment is the same as shown. The atmosphere makes you feel at home. The area is pleasant. On the ground floor there is a Carrefour and a beauty salon, where we got our hair done. There is a bus stop about 6-7 minutes away. The nearest mall is a 30-minute walk away. On the other side of the boulevard there is a pharmacy, cafes, and pastry shops. I recommend Albana and her apartment 10/10.

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

Harika bir konaklamaydı, Veysel Bey’e her şey için çok teşekkür ederim kendisi çok anlayışlı ve tatlı bir ev sahibi. Ev ise zaten mükemmel, gerek manzarası gerek eşsiz doğasıyla fevkalade ayrıca bir katlı olması sebebiyle herhangi bir deprem sorununu düşünmenize de gerek yok. Kesinlikle herkes burayı deneyimlemeli!

Eşimle 1 gece kaldık, Fatih bey her konuda yardımcı oldu bize, her yer temiz ve düzenliydi, havuzun sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi sabah kahvaltısı iki kişi için oldukça yeterliydi, bu tarz yerlerde genelde hijyenle alakalı sorunlar yaşanır ama her yer pırıl pırıldı hamile olduğumdan fazla dikkatliydik belki de, akşam yemeği için arabayla 2 dakikalık mesafede dükkanlar var, biz et alıp bahçede mangal yapmayı tercih ettik Fatih beyin tavsiyesi üzerine iyiki de öyle yapmışız çok keyifli vakit geçirdik ev sahibi sabah zil ile uyandırıp kahvaltıyı getirdi daha önce kaldığımız bungalovda direkt bahçeye girmişlerdi burada mahremiyetinize saygıları var, her şey fotoğraflardaki gibiydi ve sorunsuz çalışıyordu klima,odun şöminesi,mangal,duş,sıcak su,projeksiyon ,her şey harikaydı kısacası biz çok memnun kaldık fiyat olarak da diğer kıyaslara nazaran daha uygundu yine tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu , tek önerim giderken terlik götürmeniz, daha rahat edersiniz. Muammer bey gayet ilgiliydi evle ilgili net bilgiler verdi. Evde hersey fazlasiyla vardi. Kendi evimiz gibi hissettik. Havuz gayet buyuk ve kullanisliydi. Ev gayet buyuktu. Her sey icin cok tesekkur ederiz.

Bizim için çok güvenli ve konforlu bir konaklama oldu,kesinlikle tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünebiliriz…

Nous avons été bien reçu. L appartement est bien situé proche du métro. les restaurants sont situés dans les rues parallèle à l immeuble. On ne le sait pas le premier jour. Salle de sport piscine intérieur et extérieur. personnrl de l immeuble très sociable et agréable. Bonne réactivité de notre hote.

Esra was so very helpful and receptive. She was very detailed and her place was just perfect, clean and comfortable for all our needs. I would highly recommend her.

Very beautiful place and host! The area is amazing, with a lot of cafes and restaurants, but not crowded and very friendly. Sengul is amazing host, very helpful and kind. The apartment is beautiful and looks literally like on the photos. Very clean and with all necessary facilities. Thank you a lot for hosting me! It was a very big pleasure!
