Apartment holiday rentals in Gedići

A cute, small ground floor apartment. There’s a stone walkway which opens into a bedroom and a small but well equipped kitchenette. A small but comfy single bed is in a separate small bedroom with a sunny window. There’s no washing machine but the hosts recommended a decently priced laundry nearby. The neighbourhood is residential with Croation families in the vicinity. The parking is next to the apartment and infront of the host’s house. There’s a supermarket 300 mtrs away and so is a playground and football/basketball court. It’s 10 mins drive to Porec and about 45-60 mins drive to Labin/Rabac and about the same to Premantura/Medulin. If you have a car and are a couple/ with young children looking for a clean, cute, quiet and reasonably priced place, then this is it.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es gibt alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht und auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Stil ist modern und insgesamt einfach nur stimmig. Das Highlight ist der Whirlpool auf der Dachterasse. Denisa ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns direkt zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Goran was a great host, super responsive and very helpful. His Dad was onsite to check us in and on other occasions to help with any questions or issues we had. The road next to the apartment is quite busy but other this was as described and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Goran!

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute dort Wohlgefühl. Ganz viel schöne Natur und alles in der Nähe. Unser Auto ist stehengeblieben, denn wir waren mit den bikes unterwegs. Danke lieber Dragan für alles ! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 🥰🫶👍

We loved everything about Rene’s apartment, it was perfect. Had everything we could imagine, fully stocked kitchen, quality hair dryer, lots of storage area, comfortable beds and the list goes on. We couldn’t recommend it more and will definitely be back!

L'appartamento è bellissimo e pulitissimo. Cucina attrezzatissima, i letti sono molto comodi. Dotato di ogni confort. Si trova in una zona silenziosa e verde, ma comoda per raggiungere qualunque posto in Istria. Tanja e Darko sono delle persone veramente squisite, molto disponibili e presenti ma discreti. Ci hanno fatto trovare tanti meragliosi omaggi di prodotti del luogo. E' un posto in cui mi piacerebbe davvero tornare e che, comunque, mi resterà nel cuore.

Everything was great. Ivana was a perfect host, and communication before and during the stay was excellent. The flat looked just like in the pictures, and upon arrival, we found some nice treats that Ivana had placed in the flat. I really enjoyed the stay – thank you!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Bäcker, Markt, Restaurants sind alle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alenka hat einen zuckersüßen Hund. :) Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden was man braucht, außer Salz (hatten wir aber mit). Wirklich schöne Strände sind in ca 15 Gehminuten Entfernung. Alenka hat auf alle unsere Fragen sofort reagiert & war sehr freundlich.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit Kind. Maša war sehr gastfreundlich und man konnte sich jederzeit an sie wenden. Die Unterkunft selbst war ausreichend groß für 3 Personen und mit allen notwendigen Sachen für einen längeren Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine war ebenfalls zur Nutzung vorhanden, mit Kind einfach perfekt. In die Altstadt von Poreč läuft man entspannte 15 Minuten. Maša hat uns verschiedene Strände empfohlen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter!

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit einer tollen Lage! Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit erreichbar und super freundlich! Das Meer ist in 10 Min Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

We had a really nice stay in Poreč, and a big part of that was thanks to our accommodation. We were pleased to find a comfortable, well-maintained, and nicely decorated apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely garden. Anyone booking should know that having a car makes it more convenient to explore the best beaches nearby. Otherwise, the location is great, close to grocery stores, bakeries, and shopping centers, making it a comfortable base for a holiday in Poreč.

Der Aufenthalt bei Eni war perfekt. Ausstattung und Lage waren für meine Zwecke optimal. Es war alles so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Eine klare Empfehlung für diese Wohnung. Jederzeit wieder

Our stay was great. Klaudia has been very kind since booking, giving us useful directions. She was available to greet us upon arrival with only 1 hour notice. The apartment was clean, tidy and modern. Also very spacious and equipped with every comfort. Due to its location it is very relaxing and calming with views onto the sea from the terrace.

The place is very cosy, everything looks like new. The kitchen is well equipped, the whole apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. We had a nice time in the beautiful garden where was a jacuzzi and even some staffs for kids like rackets for playing. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and the market. The area is rather quiet and green. Valentina and Nicola were really nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, das Amphitheater gleich daneben, und ruhig gelegen. Ich war mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden! Jasna war eine super Gastgeberin wie man sie sich wünscht, sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit!!

Clean and new apartment in quiet neighborhood. We used it as base to explore Istria - pula, wineries etc., Has an AC in every room - which is rare in this part of the world. There is also a good konoba ‘basilica’ a 5 min drive. Beware that there is an internal half-spiral staircase, which might be a challenge if you have lot of luggage. It wasn’t a big issue for us.

Wir waren für drei Nächte in der wunderschönen Unterkunft und wären am liebsten länger geblieben. Es ist ein atemberaubender Ausblick und der Whirlpool ist das Sahnehäubchen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die beiden Terrassen und die gute Lage in Bezug auf Bademöglichkeiten, Restaurants und dem kulturellen Leben. In Piran ist immer was los. Am Wochenende konnten wir tolle Livemusik erleben.

Mooi appartement, goede locatie

Wij hadden alleen met Stjepan de man van Suzana te maken . Stjepan is een fantastische, warme, vriendelijke man , een top! host. Iedere dag kwamen we elkaar tegen als hij het zwembad aan het schoonmaken was. Altijd even een praatje, hij spreekt en verstaat goed Engels We raden deze accommodatie aan! Alles is aanwezig ! Jacuzzi , heel erg fijn met uitzicht over het stadje, je voelt je koning en koningin ! De bedden zijn goed , airco werkt prima en in de keuken was alles aanwezig Met vriendelijke groet Ron en Margaret Nog bedankt voor het lieve cadeautje toen we aankwamen Suzana !

Mirjam greeted us on time when we arrived and was very helpful with us. The apartment is in a very green and very quiet area with parking facilities. It is a great base for being able to visit nearby places, such as Piran and Izola. The apartment is elegant and very cozy. The kitchen is functional and complete with appliances for any need. The bathroom is windowed with a large shower. The outdoor area is very nice for breakfasts and enjoying the sunset in the evening. We had a really nice time and relaxed a lot.
