Studio in Georgian townhouse with parking

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Curlew Barn is a delightful retreat set in the grounds of our family home. It is a lovely base from which you can explore the fabulous area of West Norfolk. The barn offers open plan living with kitchen, dining and lounge, a separate bedroom with brand new comfy superking bed added in October 2025 and a luxurious bathroom. You will find us up a 'no through lane' surrounded by fields and close to the Marsh. We are 2 miles from the busy village and a short drive from historic Kings Lynn.

Cosy Self-Contained Detached Garden Building

A quiet retreat offering peace and privacy in a detached building within our large garden. Lockable entrance gate with key available on arrival. Wifi access is included which most guests have found perfectly adequate. Breakfast of cereals, bread, milk and (if requested)sausages, bacon, eggs etc provided for you to cook your own at a time to suit you. Although there is not a full kitchen, we have provided a small oven.
