Site facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, and fitness suite. Delicious meals and snacks are served in the restaurant, bar and café. Beautiful Norfolk beaches voted some of the best in England only a short drive away.

*AUGUST SPECIAL OFFERS* The Annex@Ormiston offers unique accommodation for up to 4 guests, in a self-contained building adjacent to our family home. It has ample private parking, a secure entrance, a private courtyard and access to a large garden. Downstairs, there's a kingsize bedroom, shower room, lounge and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, an additional bedroom contains one or two single beds. The property is a 10 minute walk from the town centre and less than a mile from Pilgrim Hospital.

This spacious lodge offers two generous bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you could want for that perfect break. Luxurious outdoor seating, to just unwind or BBQ. Alternatively play a game or two on the award winning David Bellamy golf course, have a swim in the heated indoor pool, complete with steam room and sauna, or hit the gym. There is something for everyone, including the dog.

Luxury Shepherds Hut in West Norfolk

Willowfen Retreat is a single Luxury Shepherds Hut which is accessed by its own private gravel track. It sits in its own (dog/pet friendly) fenced garden away from the owners own property. Inside there is a kitchen and ensuite shower room. It is a very peaceful setting ideal location for exploring The Fens, The Wash and The Broads. Complementary basket of milk, bread, butter, jam, free range eggs etc is supplied to help you settle in.

Cosy Self-Contained Detached Garden Building

A quiet retreat offering peace and privacy in a detached building within our large garden. Lockable entrance gate with key available on arrival. Wifi access is included which most guests have found perfectly adequate. Breakfast of cereals, bread, milk and (if requested)sausages, bacon, eggs etc provided for you to cook your own at a time to suit you. Although there is not a full kitchen, we have provided a small oven.
