Holiday rentals with beach access in Gefira

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul's apartment. The location is very unique and peaceful. Paul was a great host and stayed available during our time there. The apartment is well equipped, spacious and with a beautiful balcony view. We would love to come back!

Notre sejour à Monemvasia était génial ! Le logement grand avec terrasse et vue sur le "caillou" exceptionnelle. Deux chambres et deux salles de bains quand on a des ados c'est vraiment pratique. Nous avons tout fait à pied au départ du logement, ce qui nous a rendu indépendants : un plus ! Quelques soucis de traduction de la note de bienvenue pour nous (😅 malheureusement nous ne parlons pas grec) mais rien de grave. Nous aurions dû demander à notre hôte qui est très sympathique et réactif. Nous y retournerons avec beaucoup de plaisir. Merci pour ces vacances inoubliables !

Xénia a été très accueillante, bienveillante dans nos échanges . Elle guettait devant sa maison notre arrivée. Restauration complète de l’appartement avec matériaux de qualité . Décoration sobre de bon goût . Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre trop court séjour à Gythio et ses environs. L’appartement au 2ème étage offre une belle vue sur la baie et son îlet , avec les montagnes en toile de fond. Bars, restaurants tout proches à pieds. Merci Xénia

Best place to be! A smart, simple apartment, well equiped, in a wonderful location, on the hill, in a a quiet spot, ideal for families. The sea is calm and exotic and there are various of beaches, all within 5 minutes by foot. The village is also simple, quiet and has a wonderful aura. Highly recommended!!!!

Great place to stay and explore the neighbourhood. We had some delicious snacks and water on our arrival. Nice view on the pier and walkable distance to the beaches.

La communication avec Markos a été parfaite tout au long du séjour. Tant pour trouver la location que pour nous dépanner sur un problème de four défectueux : Markos a été parfait ! Le logement était très propre et la literie confortable. La salle de bain n'est pas moderne mais elle nous a convenu pour cet arrêt d'une nuit à proximité de Monemvasia. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour visiter le joyau de Monemvasia !

Wir haben uns sofort verliebt. Wir vermissen immer noch die Balkone, die über dem Meer hängen und zu jeder Tageszeit und bei jedem Licht den wunderbarsten Ausblick bieten. Und die kunst- und geschmackvolle Einrichtung und Gestaltung des Hauses. Der sehr angenehme Empfang durch Miltos, der geduldig und freundlich auf uns gewartet hat - danke, Miltos! Frische Eier und Olivenöl vom eigenen Biohof, Orangensaft - danke, Lena! Das Schlafzimmer oben, aus dem man den Leuchtturm sieht. Das Zimmer unten mit seinem ganz eigenen blauen Charme. Die leuchtend gelbe Gute-Laune-Küche. Spülen mit Meerblick, Knoblauch und Tomaten schneiden auf dem Balkon. Alles da, alles gut, alles wunderbar. Gytheio und die Mani sind einzigartig, aber dieses Haus war das Sahnehäubchen obendrauf. Und ja, die Badezimmer sind klein. Und nochmal ja, die stark befahrene Küstenstraße unter dem Haus ist laut. Uns hat das nicht gestört, wir haben es nicht mal richtig bemerkt. Der Rest ist einfach zu schön ...

Schoon appartement, prima boxspringbed, groot balkon. direct gelegen tegenover het haventje en de zee; alles is piekfijn in orde. De host is behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk. Wij vonden het een erg fijne plek.

We loved this little house with our private terrace! The owner always asked if we need anything else, he was very helpful and friendly ! Kitchen is fully equipped. Our children loved the toasty maker, so they could have melted cheese sandwiches every day! The best sandy beach is only about 10 min drive, but we also used the local sandy beach 1 min walk away. The beaches around generally quiet shallow, so is good for children. Our favourite Gira place just 1 min walk away, you need to turn left after exiting the house and go straight towards the beach , is on the right hand side, and it’s generous portions, with really nice chips for a naughty treat! We would come back again!

Sehr schöne, ruhige Unterkunft in Neapolis. In einer Seitenstraße gelegen, aber nur 3 Minuten bis zur Uferpromenade/ Hafen. Guter Standort für Ausflüge nach Monemvasia oder Elafonisos. Kleine Terrasse, gut ausgestattete Küche, gemütliches Bett! Passt alles!

Wow, what a gem! We spent nearly three weeks in Greece, mostly staying at Airbnb properties, but George, our host, truly stood out. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful. George met us at the gate, helped carry our luggage during check-in, and provided us with more than enough food and water. He also gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and sights and checked in to ensure we were doing well. When we checked out at 6:30 a.m., he was there again to assist with our luggage. George was a truly exceptional host. The house's location was perfect—right in the heart of Monemvasia, just a few minutes' walk from numerous restaurants. Monemvasia itself was a magical place; it felt like stepping back into medieval times. We feel incredibly fortunate to have met George and stayed in his home. Thank you for sharing your precious house, which has been in your family for generations!

Όμορφη κατοικία του κυρίου Δημήτρη είχε τα πάντα νιώθαμε σαν το σπίτι μας.Η κυρία Ευαγγελία καλοσυνάτη, ευδιάθετη να μας δώσει ότι πληροφορία χρειαζόταν για την περιοχή.Περάσαμε υπέροχα !!

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Neapoli. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und eignet sich sehr gut als Basis für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung. In der Wohnung hat man alles was man braucht und Anastasios ist sehr freundlich.

Ein wunderbarer, ruhiger Ort mitten in der Natur/im Olivenhain mit tollem Blick über die Hügel und sehr schöner Terrasse... Die Gastgeber stehen immer freundlich für Tipps oder Auskünfte bereit und sind jederzeit erreichbar. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100 %.

La mer est à 200 mètres, la plage est idéale, du sable propre, eau transparente, on a pied longtemps, et en septembre nous sommes souvent seuls. Pour les chiens, la terrasse est grillagée et autour il y a énormément d'espace.

superschöne, saubere wohnung mit meerblick. wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. der vermieter sotiris war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns tipps gegeben und sogar vom flughafen abgeholt. fazit: sehr, sehr schön und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Appartement correspondant parfaitement au descriptif de l'annonce, la vue de la terrasse est très agréable. Nous avons apprécié ce que Grigoris avait mis à notre disposition pour le petit déjeuner. Le logement est en hauteur et un peu en dehors du centre ville mais les distances sont vraiment raisonnables et tout peut donc se faire à pieds. Nous recommandons donc vivement ce logement.

Εμμανουέλα a su être réactive à nos messages et nous a fourni un logement conforme à nos attentes. La terrasse est très agréable et offre une vue dégagée sur la mer. Une place de stationnement se trouve juste devant la porte mais beaucoup de places sont disponibles dans la rue si nécessaire.

Our second stay here and just as lovely this time. Beautiful spacious apartment with a fantastic big balcony overlooking the sea. Very well appointed kitchen and super comfy bed. We had some great swimming and snorkelling in sparkling clear water.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the beaches were clean and fantastic and just a short drive away from the accommodation. Highly recommend Skoutari and Mavrovouni beaches. Great tavernas, local and also in Gytheio. We would definitely stay here again.

Échanges très faciles avec Foula. Accueil extraordinaire!!!! Grand appartement très propre et très bien décoré. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut! Nous avons profité d'une grande terrasse très confortable! Foula nous a beaucoup gâtés : une bouteille de vin blanc accompagnée de cacahuètes, raisins secs, pistaches et j'en passe. A tout cela, se sont ajoutés une grosse corbeille de fruits , des friandises, du café, de la confiture.... Parking privé devant l'appartement. Un énorme Merci Foula. N'hésitez pas, vous serez comblés !!!

Die Gastgeber waren sehr höflich und nett. Sie haben sehr schnell für jede Frage geantwortet und hilfreiche Informationen geschickt. Die Wohnungszustand war einfach top, alles modern und sauber. Nesspressokaffemaschine & Kaffee-Capsuls, Milchaufschäumer machen leckeren Kaffee. Sehr bequem mit der Geschirrmaschine und Waschmaschine mit Trockener. Grundzutaten zum Kochen waren zur Verfügung gestellt wie Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer. Parking an der Strasse war sehr einfach. Die Stadtmitte ist einfach zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und werden weiterempfehlen oder wiederkommen.

Ευχαριστούμε οικογενειακώς την Δέσποινα και τον Νίκο! Μας υποδεχτηκαν νωρίτερα από την ώρα άφιξης με κατανόηση. Υπήρξαν διακριτικοί και άνετοι! Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, το σπίτι απολύτως λειτουργικό για 2 ενήλικες και 3 μικρά παιδιά. Εξοπλισμένο, προσεγμένο και ομορφο σπιτι. Χρησιμοποιήσαμε όλες τις ανέσεις στην κουζίνα και το μπάνιο χωρίς κανένα θεμα. Φαρμακείο, μίνι μάρκετ και παιδική χαρά δίπλα στο σπίτι! Υπέροχες παραλίες από Παναριτη έως και λίμνες, να επιλέξει ο καθένας ότι τον βολεύει, και όλα πέντε λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο σε ομαλή διαδρομή. Η Μονεμβασιά, η Ελαφόνησος και η Νεάπολη σε απόσταση πολύ μικρή επίσης. Είχαμε φοβερή ησυχία, χαλαρώσαμε, γνωρίσαμε υπέροχους και φιλικούς ανθρώπους στην Έλικα! Το κατάλυμα υπήρξε το ησυχαστήριό μας και η βάση εξόρμησης σε πολλές υπέροχες εμπειρίες.
