Stained glass windows, high ceilings, stunning city views. Light and airy design combining antique and modern furniture. The layout creates three independent spaces. Living room has a sofa bed and TV with Netflix. The full kitchen is suitable for cooking and eating and can be transformed into an outdoor terrace. The bedroom has a double bed with orthopaedic mattress. 20 min walk to the central square of Yerevan - Republic Square. Near supermarkets, banks, cafes, metro station.

Beautiful view!

This unique accommodation has its own style. Lovers of comfort and mountains will truly appreciate it, as on the one hand the balcony and bathroom on the 10th floor offer a great view of Mount Aragats, and on the other hand of Komitas Avenue. The building is equipped with an elevator. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities for relaxation, and there is also a small work area in the bedroom, which will allow you to combine rest with work.

Newly renovated nice apartment with Queen Size Bed 140x200cm / 55" X 80"; all new furniture, Air Conditioner (for cooling and warming) 50Mbps internet, super clean with fully equipped kitchen. We also provide cooking basics (sugar, salt, oil, pepper etc.) for the beginning of your stay so you do not have to worry about these essentials when you check-in. 2 ea HD TV's Cable with 86 channels like, CNN, BBC, Discovery and many others.

All the major attractions, shopping streets, restaurants and bars are around the corner (1 min walk to Opera, 7 min walk to Cascade, etc.). I am an experienced host and will do my best to make sure my guests enjoy their stay and feel as if they are at their own home or in a quality hotel!
