Detached house in a very quiet location (dead end/traffic-calmed area) in the picturesque district of KL-Dansenberg (outskirts, only 10 meters to the Palatinate Forest Nature Park). Separate entrance, so privacy is maintained. In the middle of nature - and yet quickly in the city center of Kaiserslautern (6 km); only 2 km away from the Technical University. The bus connection to the city is good.

Close to nature 90 m² apartment (house in a single location) in the Palatinate Forest only 10 minutes by car from the city center of Kaiserslautern. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (with stair lift), It is bright, modern, well equipped and has its own entrance. It is well suited for families as well as for older people. Due to our idyllic secluded location, the nearest supermarket is a good 5 km away, and the nearest shopping center is about 8 km away.

Volleingerichtete Küche, Waschmaschine, Kaffeevollautomat, ... Das Dachgeschoss ist über eine steile Treppe erreichbar, die auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. We were warmly welcomed by Elke. Everything was right as we had imagined it to be. The attic apartment can be called a fully-fledged apartment. All living areas are certainly spacious enough for 4 people. In the kitchen, everything you need is present: oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and plenty of pots and pans, plates, cups, etc. In the bathroom, you can even use a washing machine-dryer, and personal hygiene has also been thought of. Everything is neat and well cared for. The carport where we could put our motorcycles was also easy. The house has a well-maintained garden and a gym that we can also use. The area is quiet, it is not a through village and yet Oberarnbach is close to the highway, which you can't hear. We give a "big thumbs up" to Elke! Definitely recommended to go back again, we had a great time. Armand, Gina and Chris

This was my second time using this place, so I suppose it is clear that I found it worthwhile the first time. Centrally located. Short walk to the train station, and two bus stops in the immediate vicinity. Clean, well lit with big windows, functional kitchen, nice shower. Oh… and AC, a rather rare find which came in handy for the couple of times that it was needed. The host is very friendly. Recommended…

We were hiking in the Palatinate over the extended Pentecost weekend and were allowed to live in Dennis' and Dustin's super cozy apartment for this time. The location is great for reaching good hiking spots. Communication was always very friendly and straightforward. A breakdown on the way there led to a very late arrival. Dennis and Dustin were understanding and it was no problem to "check in". We really felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend the apartment and the hosts. Thank you!
