The building is a 1-story wooden house (57 square meters). Two beds in the bedroom, two more on the sleeping platform (accessible via a ladder staircase). The cozy furnishings are consistently modern and high quality.

This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

This great apartment is located in the spa town of Bad Boll in a quiet location at the end of a dead end road. The property has several free large parking spaces at the house. If you love nature, then you are in the right place and can take leisurely walks. In just a few steps you can reach the field paths. Bad Boll has a Lidl where you can shop until 9 pm. In summer there is an outdoor pool or a thermal bath which is always open. The A8 is 5 minutes away.
