Hallo, meine Ferienwohnungen sind 2019 sehr hochwertig saniert und 2025 liebevoll eingerichtet worden. Sie liegen nur 250 m von der Reha-Klinik entfernt. Die Wohnungen sind sehr zentral gelegen und nach 100 m erreichen Sie die Touristeninformation. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern, Golfen, Radfahren, und zahlreichen anderen Aktivitäten ein. Besuchen Sie beispielsweise das Kloster Neresheim oder erleben Sie eine gemütliche Fahrt mit der Bimmelbahn.

Within walking distance you can reach the market square with restaurants and cafes. The Legoland amusement park and from Pentecost 2024 also the Peppa Pig Park are only 4.4 km away. Relaxation can be found in the idyllic Donaumoos, which is only about 8 minutes from your accommodation. Or how about a shopping tour of Ulm? You can be there in 25 minutes.

Are you a group of 8 people (or more) and want to spend a great vacation in a fantastic location, right on the river and in the immediate vicinity of Legoland? With the 4-star vacation home "Brenzblick," we offer you an entire vacation home with a huge garden, terrace and conservatory, which we completely renovated in 2018 and prepared for you. You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

Relax with the whole family in 2 cozy double rooms, as well as a living room and bedroom, in a 90 sqm apartment in the basement of our beautiful wooden house in the idyllic district of Rübgarten. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and without a fence directly into the Schönbuch Nature Reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos). No barrier-free entrance to the apartment is possible!

Die absolut ruhige Lage am Rand des Naturparks Schwäbisch-Fränkischer Wald sorgt für Entspannung. Wer Sport machen will, kann sich direkt vom Haus in Wald und Wiesen austoben. With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
