Biz başka bir airbnb evinden 3 günlük boşluğumuzda Emre beyin evine denk geldik ve tuttuk . Ev çok ferah , temiz ve konforluydu . Emre bey çok güleryüzlü bi ev sahibiydi . Evde günlük kullanım için her şeyi bulabiliyosunuz , mutfak malzemeleri , deterjan vs . Ev içi zaman geçirmeye çok müsayit . Manzarası çok keyifli . Onun dışında bizi tek zorlayan evin yokuşu oldu biz arabayla zorlandık o kadar. Dik bi yokuş ama arabayı alt tarafa koyunca sorun kalmadı . Markete , denize çok yakın evin konumu . Çok iyi bi deneyimdi tekrar teşekkür ediyoruz

Rabia hanımın evinde dört yetişkin, bir çocuk ve köpeğimizle konakladık. Rabia hanım konaklama öncesinden itibaren sorularımızı sıkılmadan yanıtladı. İhtiyacımız olacak şeyler ve gidebileceğimiz yerler hakkında bilgi verdi; esnek giriş imkanı tanıdı. İletişim konusunda asla sıkıntı yaşamadık. İlk Airbnb deneyimimizdi ve çok memnun kaldık! Ev tertemizdi, harika kokulu mumlar ve tütsülerle, nefis ikramlarla karşılandık. Havuz ve bahçe temizliği her sabah biz uykudayken tamamlanmış oluyordu. Güne temiz bir havuzda yüzerek ve temiz bir bahçede kahvaltı yaparak başlamak; geceyi mangal ateşiyle bitirmek harikaydı. Konaklama sırasında da sorularımıza hızla yanıt vererek çözümler üreten Rabia hanıma ve yeğenine çok teşekkür ederiz. Bundan böyle Faralya'daki adresimiz belli!

Her şey düşünülmüş. Mutfak malzemeleri ve evdeki tüm eşyalar yeterliydi. Kek kalıbı ve mikser dahi vardı. Ev sahipleri sizin konforunuz için her şeyi onemsemisler. Mahremiyet konusunda titiz davranilmis ev bahcesi ve havuz dışarıdan görünmüyor. Havuz ve ev tertemizdi. İnternet ve elektrik sorunu yoktu. Bizi şaşırtan şeylerden biri havuz yatağı ve okey takimi oldu. Detaylar için teşekkür ederiz.

Ailece sürekli kültürel ve doğa tatilleri yapmaktan çok hoşlanırız. Airbnb de burayı gördüğümüzde biraz şüphelenmedik değil. Böyle bir villayı uygun sayılacak bir ücrete vermesine inanamadık ama airbnb ye güvenerek tuttuk. Daha sonra Emin beye bir kaç sorumuz oldu, çok kibarca anında cevapladı. Daha sonra Asmalı Villayı kendi gözlerimizle görünce anladık ki resimlerdende güzelmiş. Doğanın içinde kuş sesleri, ağaçlarda oynayan sincaplar etrafdaki köy halkının misafir perverliği harikaydı. Ev tertemizdi. Herşeyi düşünmüşler ve eksiksizdi. Mutfak da tencere,tava,bardak,tuz,karabiber ve bahartlara kadar hepsi vardı. evimde bile olmayan kocaman ambilayt özellikli TV. beyaz eşyaların hepsi yeni ve Bosch marka. yataklar viscosite, salonda langırt oyun masası, ne yazsam az kalır. Bu ev benim olsaydı kiralamaya kıyamazdım. Netice de Emin beye ve Airbnb ye çok teşekkür ederiz. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

Eine komplette Ruheoase. Man ist vom Alltagsstress und von nervigen Menschen komplett geschont. Man ist lückenlos Privat. Falls sogar einheimischer vorbei fahren/gehen, können sie trotzdem nichts sehen. Das Haus und die Umgebung ist einfach ein Traum. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen für die die gerne ihre Privatsphäre schützen möchten und etwas die Natur lieben. Man könnte die Küchenutensilien etwas erweitern aber man kann trotz dessen super Kochen. Wir waren 5 Tage dort, ich wünschte wir könnten länger bleiben können. Herr Tarkan war sehr Hilfsbereit und war jederzeit erreichbar. Das Pool war total sauber und wunderschön. Lange rede kurzer Sinn, ich empfehle es absolut weiter.

Great place to stay with the family. Scenic, Mountain View, stone house and the pool. Loved it! They send a guide for the town, however not all the things said are matching to this house. I think it is a standard guide they send to everyone using their other premises. Would be good if it is updated according to the property like the distance to the sea etc

5 günlük bi aile tatilimizde çok memnun kaldık. Ev her anlamda beklentimizin üstündeydi. Yiyecek-icicek dışında hiç bir alışverişe ihtiyacımız olmadı. aradığımız her şey evde mevcuttu. Ev sahibi İlknur hanım da çok yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Gerek evin donanımı gerekse manzarası açısından da sonraki gelecek misafirleri mutlu edeceğine eminim.

Great Villa. Beautiful views of the sea. Modern and well equipped. The pool was just the right temperature. The host was accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay - 2 families, with kids aged 5 - 15. At home, the kids loved the pool and the table tennis, and the views are lovely across to the sea. The Kalamar beach club was great, just 10 minutes walk downhill from the house and they give you a ride back up the hill at the end of the day. The food isn't cheap but staff really helpful and the sea trampoline was so much fun. Kulube is a really beautiful spot too - less set up for kids but they were very happy snorkelling and swimming. Our trip to the sandy beach was also stunning and hardly anyone there in early June. A couple of things to be prepared for: the pool is very deep, and you have to watch over kids in the hot tub at all times (as per the house rules). Our daughter slipped under and got her hair caught in the filter - we quickly got her out but I say this to emphasise the need to keep watch! Max is a very good host and the local staff who maintain the villas were great. We got fresh bread delivered every morning.

Mehmet bey çok ilgili bir ev sahibi ve bize çok yardımcı oldu. Ev cok güzel genis havuz eglenceli vakit gecirmek icin bir cok olanaga sahip bir konumda odalarin hepsinde klima mutfakta ihtiyacın olabilecek bütün materyaller mevcuttu yakında ki patara plajı temmuz ayında gitmemize rağmen çok kalabalık değildi evin üst kısmındaki kum tepeleri gün batımı için mükemmel yakında birçok market ve restaurant var biz çok memnun kaldık.

Ev, fotoğraflarda gözüktüğünden de daha güzeldi kesinlikle. Bahçesi, havuzu ve genel havasıyla Alaçatı’daki butik otelleri andırıyordu, çok keyif aldık. Ev sahibi Bukentay Bey çok anlayışlıydı, özellikle Rottweiler cinsi köpeğimizi hiç sorun etmeden evini açması bizim için çok değerli. Konaklama süresince ihtiyaçlarımızı düzenli olarak sordu, çıkışımızda da bize bir jest yaptı, bunun için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Ev, Patara Plajı’na da çok yakın, denize erişim kolay. O bölgede tekrar Airbnb düşünürsek, yine Bukentay Bey ile iletişime geçeceğiz.

Kaş merkeze araçla sadece 5 dakika mesafede. Büyükçakıl plajına çok yakın. Ev mükemmel dizayn edilmiş. Her odada geniş yatakları ve banyoları mevcuttu. Havuzu çok güzel. 8 kişi çok rahat ve çok iyi bir tatil geçirdik. Temizlik mükemmeldi. Merve hanıma her zaman çok rahat ulaştık. Bir daha Kaşa geldiğimde hiç düşünmeden yine bu evde kalırım.

A stunning home in a beautiful location. There is a long single track road to get there and very steep in parts but no issues in our rental car. The host’s instructions were easy to follow and led us straight there. I would recommend arriving in the daylight as the dark would make the drive a bit difficult. The home was as pictured, beautiful inside and out. We loved relaxing by the pool and enjoyed the jet bath as well. There is a small beach 900m from the house, the water is lovely to swim in and we saw lots of fish swimming in the bay. We also enjoyed visiting the town of Kalkan nearby which had every shop and restaurant you could ask for and also visiting the ancient city of Patara and the beach there. Everything in the home worked well and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment to cook a full meal. The host was very responsive and friendly and we had a great stay. I would love to visit again soon.

Oğuzhan Bey ve kardeşi oldukça dost canlısıydı, giriş ve çıkış saatlerinde esnek davranarak bizlere çok yardımcı oldular. Yerel tavsiyelerde bulundular ve sorularımıza hızlıca cevap verdiler. Umarım tekrar konaklama fırsatımız olur. ☺️

What a beautiful villa and stunning location overlooking Kalkan Bay. Everything we imagined and more!

We have had a wonderful stay at Villa Nova it was everything we were looking for and our hosts were so responsive - they actually arranged for shopping to be organised and delivered to the Villa for our arrival as it was going to be late and we were mindful of needing a few bits in for the children. Will definitely stay again

Villa was great and well kitted out. Modern, clean and really comfortable. The views across the bay are what makes it throughout the day. Easy location from Kalkan centre - 10 min walk. It’s quite hard to find but Samet was on hand to direct our taxi driver and sent a specific locator to make it seamless. Would love to go back soon!

Great communication and location instructions from Emrah to find the villa although the description doesn't warn you of the very steep incline to drive up to the villa or the 37 steps from the car port to the villa itself. The villa is exactly as the photos apart from the third bedroom is actually located halfway up the steps on a lower level to the villa. The views are stunning, the facilities are excellent with large bedrooms and en-suites with aircon and towels. A little disappointing there was no welcome pack, washing up sponges or tea towels and a few missing things like sharp knives and a small saucepan but those are little niggles and certainly didn't detract from our most enjoyable stay. We contacted Emrah about a few minor issues and he dealt with them immediately. A stunning villa with a great host and worth the steep drive up the hill that you very quickly master.

We spent 2 days of our honeymoon here and really enjoyed our stay. The house was wonderful, with a great pool, area suitable for games and barbecue, all in a peaceful setting where you can hear the birds singing. The bed was comfortable, and we got plenty of rest. The house has parking space, which is always helpful in places like Kalkan. The town center is just a 5-minute drive away, and there’s a mini market only 2 minutes away on foot, which is very convenient. Anahita and Ali were great hosts, always willing to help. I highly recommend this little paradise in Kalkan!

We had an incredible stay at a beautiful villa surrounded by nature and mountains, with stunning views of the sea. The villa was perfectly designed, offering comfort and tranquility. Zeynep was fantastic in her communication, always quick to respond and eager to help with any questions we had. This place is a perfect retreat for anyone seeking peace and natural beauty. Highly recommended!

Halil Bey , ilk kiralama sürecinden başlayıp konaklama sürecinin sonuna kadar yardımseverliği ile bizi oldukça güzel ağırladı. Sorularıma hızlı ve net cevaplar verdi. Karar aşamasındaki evin konumu , Kalkan ve Kaş ile ilgili verdiği bilgiler karar vermemize yardımcı oldu. Sakin huzurlu izole bir tatil istiyorsanız evin konumu oldukça güzel, manzarası muhteşem. Havuz başı ana kullanım alanı olarak oldukça yeterli ve mutfağa çok yakın. Ortak kullanım alanı olan mutfak ve salonun olduğu katta ilave bir tuvalet / lavabo var ki ; üst katlara çıkmaya gerek kalmıyor. Mutfaktaki kullanım alanı ve beyaz eşyalar gayet yeterli. Wi-Fi çok hızlı ve sorunsuz. Odalar tertemiz, havlular hazırlanmış yataklar mis gibiydi. Ev tüm ihtiyaçlar düşünülerek hazırlanmış, beş yıldızlı bir otelde ihtiyacınız neyse evde hazırlanmış. En çok da evdeki tablolar ilgimizi çekti , gözü yoracak her detay tablolarla kapatılmış. Villa tatili ile ilgili endişesi olanlar kesinlikle otellere yüksek paralar ödemeye gerek yok

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. We only had a few issues such as the noise from the guests staying at the villa alongside of us but MR yusuf dealt with it for us. Also the shower is not very strong, I ended always showering in the jacuzzi because the hot water was barely coming out of the both showers. Other than those issues, we really enjoyed our stay since the location was great and the view was stunning from the property.
