This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The Ammersee and Wörthsee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the Munich area, can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. That's why there are still some memorabilia in the apartment, such as my grandmother's old sewing machine.

The apartment is located on an agricultural property where cows and horses are currently cared for. The nearest shopping is about 3 km away and offers, among other things, a supermarket, a bakery and a drugstore. Day trips to the Bavarian lakes Ammersee, Lake Starnberg, the Allianz Arena in Munich, or the Bavarian Alps are no problem.
