You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You are very welcome in our old farmhouse and in a family with 2 children and 2 Siamese cats. You have the upper floor and attic for you, the drum room with double bed, the living room, the attic with 4 sleeping places, a kitchen, a bathroom and a huge roof terrace. In Munich and almost at the Oktoberfest, you can reach it by train in 35 minutes, at Lake Ammersee by bike in 25 minutes and the Alps in 1 hour.
