Vacation home on the edge of the forest near Heidelberg

Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Ruhig Lage jedoch mit guter Verkehranbindung in alle Richtungen. In ca. 7 Gehminuten zur Stadbahnhaltestelle. In ca. 5 Fahrminuten zu den Autobahnauffahrten in alle Richtungen. Heilbronn und Neckarsulm sind in wenigen Minuten über Landstraße zu erreichen. Einkaufen vor Ort(teilweise mit kurzem Fußweg): Edeka, Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi, div. Bäckereien. Erholung: Naturdenkmal Waldheide, das Stadtseebachtal, Burgruine Weibertreu laden zum Spaziergang ein. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt!

Hier kannst du abschalten, neue Energie tanken und die atemberaubende Aussicht von der Burg aus genießen. Oder du entspannst dich einfach in der Sonne im malerischen Burghof. Very nice, newly furnished 1-room apartment in a central location of Brackenheim with its numerous shopping opportunities, but still quietly located to escape the stress of everyday life. From here, you can plan further activities such as a trip to the Tripsdrill amusement park (8 km) or to the Ehmetsklinge swimming lake (13 km). The city of Heilbronn (15 km), located on the Neckar, also invites you to linger with its many excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping opportunities.

The apartment is on the outskirts of Gemmingen-Stebbach. It is equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, sleeping places could be extended on the sofa bed or crib. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, pirate deck, trampoline and climbing wall for free use. Families are very welcome! Hot tub use is possible for an additional energy charge of €10 per day and must be announced in advance to heat it up. 11 kW wallbox

Beautiful bright studio in Möckmühl

The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close enough.
