Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Very nice, newly furnished 1-room apartment in a central location of Brackenheim with its numerous shopping opportunities, but still quietly located to escape the stress of everyday life. From here, you can plan further activities such as a trip to the Tripsdrill amusement park (8 km) or to the Ehmetsklinge swimming lake (13 km). The city of Heilbronn (15 km), located on the Neckar, also invites you to linger with its many excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping opportunities.

The apartment is on the outskirts of Gemmingen-Stebbach. It is equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, sleeping places could be extended on the sofa bed or crib. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, pirate deck, trampoline and climbing wall for free use.
