Ático de 58 m2 ubicado frente al río en el corazón de la zona turística, cerca de las principales atracciones , paseos en barco, parque acuático, casino, Parque de la Costa, clubes de remo ,teatro y Puerto de frutos. Muy bien equipado. El edificio cuenta con un SUM / Parrilla de uso compartido, necesita reservación previa y el usuario debe pagar un cargo de limpieza de 10 dólares en cada oportunidad de uso
