Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in General Pueyrredón Partido

It's the most equipped airbnb I could have stayed in. We were 2 people and we were perfect, in addition that Valeria was always super proactive when communicating, responding and giving us all the facilities for check-in and check-out. If we go back to Mardel this will be a must :)

Came here all the way from the USA for a quick 7 day stay had. Small grocery store right in front of the building so everything I needed was there had the gym all to my self most nights. If I ever need a quick stay Fernando will be the one I speak too!

Beautiful apartment and very well located, super comfortable for 4 people, an unbeatable view and all the utensils to have a super good stay. The garage is very comfortable and the building's security staff are very friendly, I definitely recommend it and we will return. Special mention to Francisco, his co-host, attentive to everything, kind and always at your service. Thank you so much.

The sea view from the apartment balcony is beautiful. I'm happy with that alone, but the apartment is also very comfortable, everything works, the assortment of appliances it has makes your stay simple and comfortable. It is very bright and all the rooms have a very nice view. In short, I highly recommend it.

Daniela and Martin's house is even nicer than the pictures. Everything is perfect, the park, the heated pool, amenities such as a washing machine, clothes dryer and dishwasher. The house is beautiful inside with furniture, books and everything thought out in detail. It's super-equipped, especially the kitchen. Communication was smooth and Daniela took care to give us a hand when we needed something. Definitely deserves to be a star host and a guest favorite. Everything is great! Sebastián is always very friendly and attentive to facilitate everything in our stay. When we arrived it was raining and greeted us at the door so we wouldn't get wet. The apartment is just as beautiful as you see in the photos. It has a very warm atmosphere, with beautiful decoration. The environments are bright, spacious, and super comfortable. Everything is thought of, even in the smallest details, to have a very comfortable stay, and make you feel at home. All kinds of appliances, tableware, bedding, where it is reflected that the owner is an excellent host and is in every detail. It was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which helped us a lot, since we traveled by bus and there was no inconvenience in adapting to their schedules. The location is excellent. Close to the beach, and in a place full of very good quality gastronomic options. We had a wonderful few days and would definitely come back.

Agustin's accommodation is ideal. It is located in an excellent location, in the center, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Despite being in the center of the city it is very quiet. At night you can rest excellently. It is fully equipped and super comfortable. Your host has been on the lookout for anything we may need. We would definitely come back. Recommended!

Marian is an excellent host! Also, the apartment has the best views I saw in Mardel of all the listings I was in. The area is a 10, steps from Varese, steps from Cabo Corrientes, from Playa Chica. A few blocks from Alem for dinner and for access to markets. Enjoy these days a lot, and I would definitely come back!

Semipiso located above Alem, one block from the Sheraton of Playa Grande. Super spacious. You can park up to a van in the garage. The radiant slab works perfectly. The living room faces the ocean. The rooms have an incredible view of the entire city from the 15th floor.

Such a great apartment! It was perfect for family of 5 for a 2 week stay. Very spacious with a beautiful high end kitchen and a patio and terrace with a view of the lovely plaza Mitre My children loved being right next to plaza, there is so much for kids to do there! Walkable in a wonderful area with lots of great restaurants nearby as well as good proximity to the beach. The building staff were always friendly and helpful and the host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!
