Villa holiday rentals in Gennadi

Very nice house directly at the beach. Very private, you have the beach almost only for you :) The jacuzzi was a great add on for the kids! A car is needed to reach supermarket and one of the many restaurants. Very quick and friendly communication. We had changed our plans due to very hot weather and the team made a later check out possible. Many thanks, we had a great time 😀

We stayed one week at the lovely Villa in Charaki. Kostas and his wife are very friendly and helpful and made our holiday very special and wonderful. We were greeted with a little welcome package (Cold drinks and a bottle of wine). Also we got fresh Oranges to make fresh juice every morning. The location was perfect to visit the whole Island and to enjoy a private vacation!

Wij vonden dit een geweldig verblijf. Het lag op een rustige locatie. Op korte afstand waren er diverse goede restaurants. Alles kwam overeen met de foto’s. Het zwembad is heel schoon en heerlijk om af te koelen. De eigenaren zijn heel aardig en kunnen genoeg tips geven. Ook was er een heerlijke lunch gemaakt en snacks. De kat leo kwam elke dag even buurten. Omdat het huis van steen is bleef het heerlijk koel in huis ondanks 25-30 graden buiten. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om overal makkelijk te komen. Wij kunnen dit verblijf iedereen aanraden ! Wie weet komen we nog een keer terug.

Christos was an excellent host, response to our questions was immediate. The villa is perfect for family or a group of friends. Three double bedrooms and one double bedroom off the lounge area. Lots of outdoor areas to sit quietly, each bedroom had its own balcony. Very useful if you want your own very quiet reading space with views of the sea and mountains. Excellent pool and pool beds, great outdoor space, fabulous BBQ which we used many times, just a perfect place to spend time with family. A proper cooks kitchen everything to hand. The village of Gennadi which is a drive of 5mins has a bakery, veg shop, small well equipped supermarket and great restaurants. Visited many cultural places on Rhodes and some excellent beaches. All in all I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Greg is the best host we have ever stayed with. You can really feel he loves his job and hosting people. He made us feel at home from the first moment. Whenever we had a question the answered in only a few minutes and came personally to help. He gave us great recommendations for the area. The house is awesome with a great pool. You can feel Greg has a great eye for detail. We felt very very comfortable and had a really great stay. We’re definitely gonna be back - because of a lot of reasons, but especially because of Greg’s really great support.

I had a great experience at the villa! Although I faced an issue getting in at first, once the power was back on, everything went smoothly. The villa was very clean, and shops and restaurants were just a 5-minute walk away, which was incredibly convenient. The maintenance gentleman was extremely helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning!

Where to start with the wonderful Tsmabika View Villa?! A little slice of perfection, nestled away in the hillsides of Rhodes. This is truly one of the best AirBnB's we have stayed in over the last ten years. The five-star review rating of the property is well-deserved. A great location half way down the island, with easy access by car (~20-25 mins) to both Lindos and Rhodes town. The villa itself is down a small private road, and is one of three houses set well away from the main road (no road noise) perched on the side of a hill. As a result, the views were incredible - especially from the upstairs bedroom balconies. The villa itself was superbly appointed, spotlessly clean, and the welcome pack was awesome. The beds were very comfortable, and AC worked well when needed. The pool was gorgeous. Close to several very good tavernas, with Panorama Tsampikas walkable. Simply put, the whole experience here was wonderful. We certainly hope to come back again!

Beautiful villa with amazing outdoor space. We spent our days round the pool and enjoyed eating in the outside area the nights we stayed in. We were a family of 6- with kids aged 10, 14, 16 and 19…. all ages enjoyed it. We enjoyed a day trip to Symi and a private sunset boat trip as well exploring Rhodes old town. We ate in several of the recommended restaurants and had a good meal in all of them. Thanks for an amazing holiday

We booked for 7 adults and 3 children. The villa and location was prefect! Zohar was quick to respond to all our questions and accommodated an early check in and late checkout. The private beach access is amazing. They provided travel cots, high chairs, beach towels etc! I would highly recommend for adults or families.

On behalf of all of us, our stay at Villa Greenheart for the wedding was beyond amazing! I had many concerns as we were a party of 10, but Greenheart is fully equipped, and the property is huge, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind and soak in the beautiful surroundings. After the wedding ceremony, a few more friends and family joined us at the property. It started with a sunset cocktail by the pool, where we enjoyed the DJ’s eclectic music while the sky put on a breathtaking show. Then, we moved into the beautiful garden for a magical dinner! The night ended with an epic party, filled with dancing and celebrating under the stars—just perfect! Nicolas, our host, was fantastic and made sure everything was just right. He also shared some amazing local spots in Rhodes that unfortunately we didn’t have time to explore, but we’ll definitely be back to discover them. If you’re looking for the perfect venue for a special occasion, Villa Greenheart is it!

Great stay at a beautiful villa. Would highly recommend staying here as a great base for exploring Rhodes. Panos is a great host whom is very responsive and flexible, allowing us to stay later as we had a late flight.

Just finished a 3 night stay as a group of 5 friends (~35), we loved the house and the location! The pool was incredible! Also, Yiannis the housekeeper was such a great host, proactive communication, very helpful showing us around and a true gentleman and pleasure to meet! Highly recommend this house

We had a relaxing week at Vasiliki's villa during the last week in April. It was clean, tidy and as per the photos. Water, juice and some food provisions in the fridge to get us started were a nice touch and very appreciated. The outdoor areas and pool were perfect, with a direct view to the sea just beyond. The area was quiet and peaceful but shops and tavernas are within easy walking distance, with plentiful restaurants within a short car drive. Unfortunately, the weather was not kind and we had 3 days of wind and rain with temperatures lower than normal, so were were not able to make use of the pool, beach or water activities (boats and jet ski hire is very local). However the villa was cosy and comfortable and we did venture out to explore other areas by car. We would not hesitate to recommend Vasiliki's villa and we would love to visit again in summer.

Thank you for a most wonderful stay at habitat inn. This villa is on a very high standard in every area, it feels like a 5star hotel with your own space and privacy. It is modern, immaculate and has beautiful decor- it's definitely even nicer in real than on the photos! The outside grounds are stunning and well maintained with beautiful sea views. It is peaceful and quiet and the perfect place for a quality holiday. The hosts are wonderful and friendly people that take great pride in maintaining their property and providing the best experience for their guests and were also very helpful with guiding us to the best places to visit in Rhodes.

Antonakis villa is the perfect place to stay in Rhodes. The hosts are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. The villa is equipped with everything that you need and more! The location is great, 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes walk to great restaurants and bars and a 30 minute drive to Rhodes town. Our holiday here was brilliant, the hospitality from Giannis made it even better, we couldn’t ask for anything more, all his recommendations were amazing! We will definitely be returning! Our week in Michael’s beautiful villa was made all the better by his fabulous advice and recommendations. The beach is so incredibly close with two great beach bars. It is pebbly so beach shoes help but water is crystal clear. The village is a slow 5 min walk & has the best supermarket and green grocers I have ever seen. The bakery has fab coffee & delicious traditional and artisan bakes. The village comes alive at night with restaurants- a weeks not long enough to try them all & we ate out every night! Special mention to Mama’s (amazing pizza- did take away one night, eaten on beach watching sunset!) On Kiotari beach (12 mins) Sirocco was brilliant- 5euros for the most comfy Sun bed & waitress service -authentic, fresh & v reasonable. That’s all before the beautiful villa! Everything has been considered, from all the kitchen equipment you could want to so many areas to chill, read, or be sociable. Superb bathrooms, AC, sea view balconies, comfy beds & Michael, the perfect host!

Wir waren mit zwei Familien in der gelben Villa, insgesamt vier Erwachsene und zwei Kleinkinder. Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt für uns, wir hatten unseren kleinen Teil vom Garten und die große Terrasse für uns und waren ganz ungestört. Der Pool ist groß und sauber und es gibt viele Liegen und Schattenplätze, für die Kinder war es einfach fantastisch. An den Strand kann man laufen (Kiesstrand) und es gibt fußläufig (ca. 10 Minuten) oder mit dem Auto in den Nachbarorten sehr schöne Tavernen mit gutem Essen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und waren sehr begeistert von den Villas, der ganze Außenbereich ist sehr schön gemacht, es gibt einen Spielplatz, Sportgeräte und einen Grill, es ist einfach für alles gesorgt.

Olga and Andreas are very kind and available. The house is beautiful! We loved our stay at the house and enjoyed the amazing pool. if you go to Rodi we suggest to stay there!

Wir haben eine Woche mit unseren Kindern in der Unterkunft verbracht. Sehr schönes, großzügiges Haus mit großem Garten und eigenem Strandabschnitt mit direktem Zugang vom Haus aus. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, umfangreiche kulinarische "Erstversorgung". Für Restaurants und Einkauf sollte man idealerweise einen eigenen Wagen haben. Zwei kleine Abstriche: die Straße verläuft direkt vor dem Haus - abhängig vom Wind hört man die Autos recht deutlich, aber mit ein klein wenig Phantasie klingt es fast wie das Rauschen des Meeres. Und der Strand ist etwas kiesig

A clean big house with lovely grounds. Plenty of beds, kitchenware, towels etc Two bathrooms. Washing machine was very useful. Pool was great for kids and adults. Beautiful sea view and sunrises A little bright in morning with sky lights Definitely need a car, local village is 2 minute drive with supermarket and about 5 restaurants. 20 minutes to big sandy beach but stone beach opposite house was also lovely. Lovely welcome basket and cooked meal. We travelled with toddlers and large travel cots set up on arrival and shutters on all doors gave us peace of mind. Host also informed us could lock door of room with lots of stairs so very mindful of us having family. Thank you for having us

I had a fantastic time in this space! The pool was definitely the highlight of my stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the outdoor area was both comfy and spacious—perfect for relaxing. The locals were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall great experience. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to Annie, who provided excellent support and shared some wonderful recommendations. I can't wait to return!

Super séjour à la villa Imerti.🤩🙏🙏 Les hôtes sont très disponible et réactif. Ils nous ont conseillé, nous avons pu arrivé avant l'heure. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer 1 bon séjour, il y avait un frigo rempli, avec des fruits, des boissons et des sucreries 🤩 et avec de belle surprises 💚 Le jaccouzi était parfais...ainsi que les vélos, il y a tout ce que vous avez besoin. Si je reviens à Rhodes se sera à la villa Imerti😍 Notre vol retour a été annulé et ils nous ont proposé de nous héberger gratuitement, c'est très généreux de leur part. Merci ppur tout

Before our arrival at the villa, the lovely Helena checked in with us several times to make sure our transportation was arranged and that we would arrive safely and promptly. When we arrived at the villa, it looked exactly like the photos—if not better! Our jaws dropped at the beauty, and the view surrounding the villa was even more breathtaking. The hospitality was excellent—Helena was very responsive and checked in with us to ensure everything was going well. There's no doubt she significantly enhanced our experience. The villa was spotlessly clean, luxurious, and it’s clear that the architectural design behind the property is outstanding. We’ll definitely be coming back, and some of our friends have already booked their own stays in the near future. Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality and for the privilege of staying !
