House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.

You'll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. It is an old house made of tuffeau stone located in the heart of a troglodyte courtyard. The gîte has a fitted and very well-equipped kitchen but also an outdoor courtyard with terrace (barbecue, garden furniture). My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends.
