great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

My son and I booked the condo for a late planned ski trip. The condo is very comfortable, clean and modern. It has an adequately stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils and spices for those that prefer to cook. It includes a drip coffee maker and a separate bean grinder (I never know what to buy before arriving). There is some ongoing new construction in the area (as of March 2025). I heard some trucks backing up in the morning, but it did not bother us as we were up each morning to ski. Overall, the place is very quiet with very minimal neighbor noise. There is no cable service, so be prepared to stream or cast from your own device using your own accounts. I was able to stream YouTube TV from my phone to the TV. We took the free shuttle service to the resort each day. It’s a quick walk to the bus stop, and we never waited more than a few minutes for a bus. We walked to the area restaurants and shops. Safeway is a quick drive down the street. We would book again.

We absolutely loved our weekend stay for a girls spring skiing trip! This home is stunning inside and out with so much natural light throughout situated on the very top of the neighborhood mountain side overlooking gorgeous views. We especially loved that it backed up to forest land which made it feel so very private and immersed in nature. We even had a special fox visitor in our backyard two days in a row. It really had everything we could’ve asked for! I would 100% stay here again.

Tina and Team were amazing hosts. The silverthorne location at Summit Sky Ranch was a complete dream. This home had everything you needed to enjoy individually and as a group with rooms split on 3 levels. The private lake house access is an amazing perk that was not crowded during our stay. My family was able to hike, ski, swim in the pool, go to the gym, paddleboard (with our dog) all in the same day and still connect together in the home (great deck!). Super close to nearby attractions/stores and would be perfect all year around. The home itself had a contemporary feel exactly as pictured with every detail from laundry pods, well equipped kitchen, games, and even pool towels on hand. The rates are fair and competive to the season. The neighborhood is intimate but allowed privacy and beautiful views from all areas, especially the private hot tub. I would 100% recommend any property under Tina and hope to book again in the future. The level of hospitality is everything you could ask!

The home and its views are as beautiful as they seem from the pictures. Plenty of space for a large group, clean, and impeccably decorated and modern. We loved the lake house (paddleboards etc. aren't available for rent until Memorial Day weekend), and used it several times for paddleboarding, hot tubbing, and grilling. Would also like to return when the observatory is working again.

Ryan's home was beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice on everything. We enjoyed the outside just as much as the inside of the home. I had to text Ryan a couple of times, and he responded within 10 mins. We didn't want to leave and talked about going back while we were still there. His home made me love Colorado even more!

It was a great place to stay. Be aware that this cabin is above 9,000ft and can contribute to elevation sickness. Beyond that it was amazing to hear the water in the stream while we were outside playing. Very quiet and not very busy road. The water pressure could have been better, but got the job done. It’s hard to fault pressure when the place is on top of a mountain:).

Silver Plume is a unique place!! This house is very cool and a really "central" location for Plume. Keep in mind that cats, dogs, humans, and wild animals wander the streets. There is trash from the 1880s still around. Above 9,000 feet above sea level, you may need to catch your breath just walking up the stairs. All this just comes with the territory sleeping in Plume! If this is the town you want to stay in, I don't think you'll find a better house than Lauren's 420 house. It's weird just like all the other historic buildings, cozy, and comfortable. Amazing place.

Cozy getaway for a couple with easy access to ski slopes. The town, Silver Plume, is lovely and perfect for those who want to experience a small town feel with historical significance.

Wonderful little place, convenient to skiing at Loveland and also restaurants/shopping in Georgetown/Idaho springs. Don’t miss Plume Coffee shop, Provisions for breakfast sandwiches, and Bread Bar for a drink at night, all within walking distance of the home! Wonderful (albeit steep) trail right behind town the 7:30 mine trail where you can heft a great view of town. Great space, Judy is friendly and kind. Hope to come back!

My friends and I had a fabulous time and stay there, we love the atmosphere and the view to the backyard is absolutely incredible. If you have any questions, JOHN answers very quickly. His accommodation was excellent!

It's a very comfortable two bedroom house in Silver Plume with two bathrooms and a full kitchen. The trailhead for Grays and Torreys Peak is only a few minutes drive down I-70. The town is very small, but there is a bar next door and a coffee shop and a sandwich shop about one block away. Check-in was easy and I would stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

Beautiful place with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation week. Easy drive to Loveland for skiing and lots of good, local restaurants. The kitchen had what we needed and the whole place was well stocked. Loved the character of the old house along with all the modern conveniences with their remodel.

House is nicely renovated with great views of the mountains. A-frame design is unique and not typical so we loved it. Neighborhood is quiet with St Mary glacier lake trail as an easy drive for amazing hiking. Idaho Springs is close for food and restaurants. Nice getaway high up in the mountains.

My fiancé and our friends stayed here for the weekend to go skiing at Loveland Ski Resort. House was a great location to the resort. House was fully stocked with everything you would need. We all loved our stay and would stay again. Only negative I would say is the beds and pillows weren’t the most comfortable, but besides that it was a perfect stay!

Brad's place is the place to go if your thinking about a getaway in the Mountains. This home is beautiful and all the amenities that it has are awesome. Very peaceful and very quiet place. Brad is very responsive. I 100% recommend Brad's place. I would definitely come back. Thank You Brad!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was comfortable and well-kept, and the location was perfect—close to shops and the city, yet peaceful and relaxing. The view was absolutely incredible—we got to see plenty of elk right from the property! The hot tub was a highlight; it felt private and was the perfect way to unwind. The space was clean and spacious for two.The hosts were friendly, attentive, and responded promptly to any questions. They also provided great recommendations that really enhanced my trip. Thank you Joe & Glenda. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay - so many great memories of Georgetown

This Airbnb was in a great location. April the host was very communicative and helpful. Would totally stay here again if visiting the area in the future.

Absolutely stunning stay and hoping to make the trip out again. House was in great shape and we made good use of the fireplace and hot tub. lots of accessible hikes in the area, and can't beat the views from the living room.

House was beautiful with more amenities than most provide. Doug was awesome. Always quick to respond with any questions or needs. My favorite spot was the lower deck down from the house seeing wildlife and enjoying the peace and quiet. We ate most of our meals out on the covered deck using the grill. When we thought propane might be low he had some dropped off for just in case. We all agreed the beds were super comfy. So is the couch downstairs…four adults fell asleep watching a movie. We played cornhole that was provided on the rainy day. Best spot in the mornings is having your coffee out on the top deck with the beautiful view!
