Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Georgetown County

Highly recommend Beach Brums, 2-minute walk from the beach, very well appointed home, loved the porch, outdoor shower, amenities, extremely clean, safe and quiet area, just loved the entire vibe and experience. This is a high-value, better than pictured stay. Thank you to hosts Chris and Nancy for providing a beautiful near the beach home and great recommendations. We visited for a family wedding and stayed extra days to enjoy the beach and local atmosphere. We will return!

This truly felt like a home away from home. We stayed for a week and everything was perfect — just as described. The house is spacious, clean, and stocked with just about everything we needed. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the location couldn’t be better — we were just 10–20 minutes from nearly everything. Tina and Dwayne were very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll definitely keep their home in mind!

House had beautiful coastal vibes, and lovely yard. Great location, very walkable to the marsh walk but using the golf cart was also great! House was very clean and all the amenities, like the washer and dryer were useful. Also the screened in porches were so nice to hang out on.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! It's a gorgeous piece of property and close to everything. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our trip with our dog, Gretta, feel like home away from home. James even had fresh baked cookies waiting! The house was amazing. It had everything from tide pods, a dart board and a wonderful guest book. It was clean and located to so many wonderful things. We had the best time!!!!!

This was our second time staying here and we had another great experience! The accommodations are just as described and perfect for a family of 4. It is an easy drive to the beach, close to great restaurants, and the pool on site is wonderful for kids.

This property was exactly what I had hoped to find, and met all of my expectations. There is a bit more walking involved than other Airbnb's, but that was not an issue for me. If someone had mobility limitations, they would want to know that. For me, it was perfect, and Goudy was the best host! Thank you!

Cathy was an amazing host! We enjoyed our stay at her place! Easy checking in / out. It was the perfect spot for my husband and myself. It’s in walking distance of Hot Fish Club. Very nice spot. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved staying here ! It was close enough to the beach but also out of the crowd of everyone else . It was so beautiful inside and we couldn’t asked for an easier stay ! It was our anniversary and we got engaged and with the ease of checking in and out , it just made our anniversary so much better . She communicated so well with any questions I had . Definitely would stay here again

We didn't have a good time, we had a GREAT time! The location on the creek was so beautiful and the dock so comfortable we had to drag ourselves away some days. The dock even had a well-stocked refrigerator. The overall location was perfect. There are some great restaurants within easy walking distance, but don't stress, back at the creek you don't hear any of the traffic. The local beach on the island, does have limited parking but with a 5 minute wait we found parking no problem (but it is also an easy bike ride). It was one of the best beaches we've visited in the entire area. We swam, we biked, we kayaked, we fished, we did it all. It was a total blast. The studio is huge, super clean, has everything you need and has a beautiful view from large windows. It was great meeting Ben and Molly, they made us feel totally at home and are experts on the area. We will be back.

Enjoyed our brief stay at this condo in Surfside. We were very comfortable and loved the location just a short walk to the beautiful beach. Tammy was always very responsive. We hope to return again soon.

The condo was clean, comfortable and as pictured. The kitchen had basic cookware and there were plenty of plates, forks, etc. The bathroom was clean, with great water pressure in the shower. A nice surprise was that the downstairs bedroom has a king bed (queen in description), as does the upstairs loft. The best part is the location to the beach. It’s right across the street from a public access, which is for golf carts only. This meant less car traffic in and out. I would stay here again! Great spot for the price! Thank you to the hosts!

Cody was a pleasure to work with, her condo was exactly what we expected, and it matched the description in the pictures. We felt right at home. We really enjoyed our time there. Cody is very responsive and a great host. She provided clear direction, instructions, and gave us some local tips. The condo overlooking the pool and the beach is a perfect location, easily accessible, and walkable, it is a very beautiful view!y family and I had a great time. We would stay there again! :)

Charles and Paula's was top notch! The condo is located on the intercoastal waterway and offers a serene location and great accommodations. I would highly recommend it!

We highly enjoyed our stay in Josephine’s condo! We’ve been to the Litchfield Retreat a few times and this was our favorite. I hesitate to give such a good review because it may be difficult to book again next year if many people read this. 😄 We didn’t need to contact her during the trip, but she did give some check-in info a couple days prior to the trip. Her cell was listed on the Airbnb info prior to check in. The condo was CLEAN!! And well maintained, which was a plus! And just across the street from the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at Ms. Carrie’s Airbnb! It truly felt just like home — cozy, clean, and exactly as pictured. Everything was well thought out and comfortable, making it the perfect getaway for our family. We come to the beach every summer, and we’ll definitely be returning to Ms. Carrie’s place. 10/10 — highly recommend!
