It's what we call a happy place. 2 Bedroom, 2 bath with sleeper sofa in the living room. This cool little spot is located on a canal under large shaded oak trees.. It has a large detached, screened-in kitchenette where you can rig your poles or just hang out with the family. Bring your kayaks, canoes, fishing poles, jet skis and/or boats. Access to a nice private boat ramp at the top of Lake George and a place moor your watercraft. Silver Glen and Salt Springs are just a boat ride away.

This slice of paradise is directly on the St. Johns River in a wide section of the river with incredible views. Two master bedrooms with a comfortable living room and well stocked kitchen. The enclosed back porch has a daybed w/trundle for additional arrangements. Large back deck right on the water that steps down to your own dock to relax and watch the wildlife and, if you want entertainment, this home is just a few docks from Renegades on the River. Restaurants and boat rentals are close by.

Cozy waterfront 2/1 located on a deep & wide canal near Lake George and Georgetown. Short boat ride to Salt Springs, Silver Glen or Jupiter Springs - it's all about the water and relaxation here! Bring a boat or rent one nearby. "Bass Capital of the World" fishing, swimming, and/or white beaches/shopping in St Augustine. Pets with a fee. As of 2023, we have THREE homes on the SAME CANAL! There are 2 springs both 5 minutes from the house, Salt Springs & Silver Glen Springs. Beautiful Juniper Springs, Silver Springs and Alexander Springs are all a hop, skip, and jump away. This fully loaded A frame is stocked with a shed full of fishing gear. Mosey down to the boathouse and try your luck fishing right in the backyard at the canal.
