Comfort House, unlike others, is completely at the disposal of the guest. We welcome guests of any nationality. At the meeting, I give the guests the key to the house and you live on your own. The house is ideal for living, consists of 4 rooms, a separate kitchen, a garage and a yard closed from the eyes. When traveling, you will only need your personal belongings with you. Here you can enjoy homemade Georgian wine in front of a burning fireplace, sit at a table in our blooming garden in summer.

Our guests will enjoy the lovely yard in front of the house and the Balcony from which you will have a nice view of the opposite mountain range sunset. The host is ready to assist the guests in finding contacts for guiding services such as ski touring or Heli Ski The house is divided into two parts, for the host and for the guests'.

Our house is near the wood, (but It's 15 minutes from the centre by walk). So, you can feel cool and fresh air. From the balcony, you can enjoy the picturesque view of Caucasian mountain range. Our house is perfect for anyone who wants to discover traditional atmosphere of Georgia, feel relaxed around the forest of pine, and enjoy big garden with nice flower-beds and vineyard. We can offer to taste delicious Georgian wine.

Historic Georgian Retreat with Fireplace + Views

The house can accommodate up to 6 guests. If your reservation is for 5 or 6 guests, we will prepare all 6 beds for you — at no extra charge. If your booking is for fewer guests (1–4 people), we will prepare only part of the sleeping spaces, to keep unused beds and linens clean. If you are, for example, 4 guests but would like to use all the beds and bedrooms, please make your reservation for 6 guests.

Our winery is located in the heart of Kakheti, the main winemaking region of Georgia. Keeping up with the long-established Georgian hospitality, we decided to open our winery to the public, making it possible not only to taste amazing Kakhetian wine but also get a first-hand experience on how it is made. Our winery offers 4 rooms that can fit up to 10 people, featuring a terrace with Alazani Valley view.

Located in Mestia, just 600m from the Museum of History and steps from the Hatsvali ski lift, Mountain Cabins offers ski-to-door access, free WiFi, and peaceful mountain views. Each cozy room features a private bathroom, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, a seating area, and a balcony. Guests can relax in the garden or on the terrace — perfect for enjoying the fresh Svaneti air year-round.

Apartments 1

We offer apartments for families with children. We have entire houses consisting of 2 rooms, each with air conditioning and a bathroom, the house has a kitchen, which is used only by the residents of the apartments. One room has a double bed and a single bed. The other room has a sofa bed, a kitchen table and chairs. The apartments have a TV. Book them in advance, because the demand is high.
