It was a pleasure staying at Violetta's place. Incredibly friendly, helpful hosts. Violetta's husband picked us up from the center of Mestia and took us on a minibus, helped us find this very minibus. Also, the hosts gave us warm clothes and panama from the sun. Their attitude was very warm as it was for family. I can recommend this place. It features: this is not in Mestia, but in the neighboring village. Walking distance to the center of Mestia for about half an hour. Spar and Nicora's normal shops are downtown. The entire place is not rented, rooms are rented. We lived on the second floor, behind the wall are neighbors, shared kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The shoes are very thin. The hosts lived on the ground floor, but they don't live there all the time, you need to call them in advance if you decide to book this place. There was no remote check-in as indicated on the page, we were greeted by the hosts of the house.

Apparently, the hosts themselves often live with children in this house and it is very habitable and cozy. The children were glad that there are a lot of toys in the house. The hostess provided a baby chair, cradle, bathtub, thank you very much! Among the small disadvantages: the house smells of mold, minor repairs of the faucet in the kitchen are also required and there is a strong smell of sewage in the toilets.

Nice house suitable for quite big company. We were celebrating new year and the house was lovely decorated! The location is also good, in a quiet place, however near from the ski activities.

I booked David's place for me and my friends to celebrate New Years. House itself is very cozy, warm, has huge living room for late night gatherings, we definitely enjoyed it and made many great memories here. Whats most important, house meets the description on Airbnb. David was a great host. He opened his house for us, welcomed us, helped us with directions, even landed us skiing equipment and helped us to fix our car. He was of great help during our stay. As for the location, house is located in the city center, everything you might need is right around the corner. We definitely recommend 👌

Great house, especially for big companies. Every room has a private bathroom and balcony, so it feels like there are four private suites. We were here shortly after New Years and the house was beautifully decorated - there was a huge Christmas tree in the common room, and there were Santas (one of them hanged from the balcony on the second floor!). Great kitchen with a lot of utensils. Host was very helpful and welcoming, and we'll definitely stay here when we are back in Bakuriani.

This was our third trip to Georgia in 2024, but our inaugural visit to Bakuriani. Bakuriani captivated us with its beauty, offering a unique blend of autumn ambiance, chilly weather, rain, and snowfall all within three days. Conveniently located near a dog park, we enjoyed a delightful day mingling with horses and huskies. Our host was exceptionally gracious, accommodating us on short notice with a warm welcome. For our safety, he thoughtfully installed cameras in the front and back yards. A heartfelt thank you to our host!

Great townhouse on the territory of Crystal resort. Check-in through the hotel reception, there is a place for a car. The house is managed by a hotel, so bed linen and bathroom amenities are at a good level. There is also a sauna, after skiing is a very cool option! The host responded quickly to all questions! Recommended!

All was great! In apts full kitchen and kitchenware for cooking. There are 50 meters to bench, where you can put on snowboard or ski. 150 meters to Pirveli chair lift. Spar in 5 minutes by upstairs across road. Vakhtang always was in touch.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, right next to the slopes and ski lift. The bed is very comfortable and the room is surprisingly warm, so don't worry about low temperatures outside. The hotel the room is located in is nice, altough the spa is quite expensive and not the best. Breakfast is available too, but costs 70 lari.

The apartment is located on the first floor almost at the entrance, so it’s pretty easy to get inside being tired. The check-in is easy and fast. The location is great and just few minutes away from the main gondola lift and a grocery store. The floor was slightly cold, but the apartment has a heater and it still was pretty warm inside. The kitchen has everything needed, except of probably a freezer inside the fridge (I didn’t notice it before buying a frozen chicken). The one more good point is that there is a small washing machine in the bathroom, so it’s possible to fresh thermo clothing. The price during my stay was much better than at many places nearby. Highly recommend.

We spent two months in this apartment and everything was perfect. The location is ideal—just steps away from the slopes, which made a big difference day to day. The apartment is beautifully decorated, functional, and fully equipped for a long stay. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, so I was able to work without any issues. Most importantly, Tarama was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. A big thank you!

The apartment is very cozy and clean, exactly as pictured. It's a 3-minute walk to the sea, with shops, a restaurant, and cafes nearby. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive, always available, and gave us many useful recommendations for the city. He even met us with our suitcases upon arrival and took us to the train when we left. Thank you so much! We were very satisfied and would gladly come again!

It is a very homey place. Tata is very responsive, and Eka is also very kind. It is very close to the ski area and the supermarket. We will definitely come back to your place when we visit Gudauri again

Nice and cosy apartment, located near the first lift in Gudauri. Great ski in and out location. The apartment had everything required to self cater; bathroom is a great size; comfy couches and bed. We loved everything about this cabin! It’s super close to shops, restaurants and the ski lifts — but still feels peaceful and private. The cabin was cozy, clean and had gorgeous mountain views. It had all the comforts we needed and Tornike was really friendly and helpful. Perfect spot for a relaxing and fun getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

It's a brand new nice cozy cabin surrounded by magestic peaceful mountains with very friendly and welcoming hosts. Everything is new and clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, the shower is roomy, the beds are comfortable and there are powerful heaters in each room. The village is very authentic, there's a small old church next door and a mountain stream in 2 minutes by walk. Many thanks, all the best!

Everything about this place is great. Location: beautiful, quiet, private and some good restaurants nearby Amenities: everything you usually need at an airbnb is covered Decor and Maintenance: it's a beautiful cabin and everything was squeaky clean. Size: Spacious for 2 persons. A 3rd person could also sleep on the sofa-cum bed.

We had a great stay here with little kids, exactly like the pictures, they had all amenities including hot water, wifi, etc. We had a couple very minor issues, and we called them and they immediately came over and fixed it. Absolutely worth and more for the price. Definitely recommended.
