Two-story private house with grapevine-covered courtyard in the historic part of Tbilisi's city center. Open plan kitchen and living area, upstairs bedrooms, and large outdoor veranda make it ideal for a family or couples. Our house is conveniently located in the very center of the city. Five minutes walk to Rustaveli Avenue (main street with museums and cafes) and the metro. Two minutes walk to the Old City, the touristic center of Tbilisi. One minute walk to a large Carrefour supermarket.

Ateshgah Residence, Old Tbilisi

Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

The house is located at one of the oldest districts of Tbilisi and is listed in cultural/historical heritage monuments’ protection. It’s situated just for 10 minutes walk to the Freedom square and old town, such as Sulphur bathes and Narikala Castle. Besides sightseeing, in the heart of Capital, You can even enjoy the fresh air at the Botanical Garden and Funicular (Mtatsminda). The meals are also available nearby, - different cafes, restaurants with the 24-hour supermarkets.

Within 5 minutes walking distance from the central square, King Erekle II palace and the central park Nadikvari which has an amazing view on the Alazani valley and the Caucasus mountain range.

Our house is perfect for anyone who wants to discover traditional atmosphere of Georgia, feel relaxed around the forest of pine, and enjoy big garden with nice flower-beds and vineyard. Welcome to our home :) On the ground floor you will find your gelp with a private bath, kitchen, bedrooms and wine cellar :) I live with my wife Lika on the floor. I invite you to our kindergarten to taste homemade wine or barbecue. If you like, you can ride our bikes and explore our town. If necessary, I can meet you at Kutaisi Airport, also show you all the charms of the region.

Welcome to our apartment .It is nestled on a no-through road in cosy yard. Apart is only 1-2 min walk to the city center , shops, restaurants, parks, tourism center. Its the historical area of the city, only 150 m from Colchis fountain. For my guests I can organize car renting, also can provide some trips by car. and can pick up from the airport anytime.
