On the ground floor you enter the house and you immediately take the stairs to the first floor.There is the bedroom,bathroom and toilet.Then you go upstairs through the fixed attic stairs and you enter the loft.You can stay in this cozy space.You have the seating area,dining table and kitchen area.The door of the large round window brings you to the terrace. You have to climb two stairs to get to the loft.The 2nd bed is in the sittingarea. A little dangerous for children,so only babies allowed.

There is a large multipurpose room of 6,8 x 8,6 m2 whick can be used for retreats and courses. The garden and terrace have a fantastic view. Authentically decorated, cozy atmosphere. The cottage and swimming pool are located in our garden, overlooking the hills and our farm animals. The swimming pool is heated during the season (depending on weather conditions from May/June to September). Out of season, the swimming pool is accessible to the polar bears!
