The urban area is really nera the house and you can enjoy the lovely food in soem restaurants or just enjoy the natural landscape by wlaking around or just enjoy a nice drink in one of the river-fronts. Public transportations are not the best, but you can visit some of the surrounding towns if you are good in making plans... This is my home. I reconstructed it myself. It's full of love...

Quinta Barqueiros D'Ouro - Douro House

Casa do Douro is part of a group of houses located in Quinta Barqueiros D'Ouro. Taking advantage of the privileged location and view, the guest is in permanent contact with the river and the vineyard. The single house, duplex, has a common room on the 1st floor equipped with a complete Kitchenette, TV and Wi-Fi. The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!

Casa da Montanha is located on the Albufeira of the Caniçada dam and is also located near the incredible Peneda-Gerês National Park. If you're looking for a place with absolute tranquility, then you've found your ideal home. Located at the top of the beautiful mountain, among forests, waterfalls and unforgettable landscapes. A superb overlook of the Albufeira da Barragem da Caniçada in the fresh waters of the Cávado River. All rooms are air-conditioned, with TV and free Wi-Fi.

Casa da Oliveira

Casa da Oliveira (Casa das Oliveiras-G. Maps) is close to the village of Mesão-Frio (+/- 2 km), the gateway to Douro Vinhateiro. An old house, prior to 1950, was restored and maintains some of the original stone walls. It has 1 bedroom, a toilet, a living room with a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen, AC, TV, Wi-Fi and a barbecue grill outside. The views are magnificent over the region's vineyards and the Douro River. Excellent choice for a few days of rest, a week or a weekend.

I present to you the new project created by me and my husband. It consists of a small house surrounded by nature where you can enjoy a few days of peace and tranquility. It is very close to the river Cávado (Ponte do Porto) and has good access to Gerês, Amares, Vieira do Minho, Póvoa de Lanhoso and Braga. Less than 3km away, you will also find the Quinta Lago dos Cisnes and the Solar da Levada. In addition, you can bring your pets to enjoy a good holiday with them!
