The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

This is a spacious modern apartment, on the ground floor. The main area is a large open-plan room with large glass windows to allow maximum natural light to watch the sunset in the evening. Sie wohnen in einer Einraumwohnung mit Küche und Bad. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs (Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Apotheke, etc.) sind in wenigen Gehminuten rund um unser Haus zu finden. Frische Eier gibt's beim Bauernhof nebenan und ein kleiner Obst- & Gemüsemarkt findet jeden Samstag schräg gegenüber im alten Milchhaus statt.

It is close to LMRC (5 mins driving), Miesau Army Depot is only 8 minutes driving or 20 minutes biking and also RAB (10-15 mins, depends on the traffic time. To Kaiserslautern only takes 20 mins by train as well by driving. To Landstuhl only takes 5 mins. Burg Nanstein (castle) in Landstuhl is always nice to be seen.
