Waterfront holiday rentals in Geriş Mahallesi

We had a great time in this apartment. The kitchen has basic equipment with small extras, everything was clean, a small dressing table was also included and the view from our balcony was just beautiful and in the evening you could watch the sunset wonderfully. The beach and smaller supermarkets are right outside the door, a large supermarket is 5 minutes' walk away. The old town with wonderful restaurants is also a 7-minute walk away and a dream beach with beach bars can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. Vaggiles was an incredibly good host! He organized a car and bike rental for us, always answered directly and was always there when you needed help. Thank you so much for this great time. My friend and I therefore highly recommend this apartment!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yiannis' and Georgia's apartment. It's newly renovated, super clean, has all amenities one could wish for and you can see the love they put into every detail. The location itself is fantastic: only a few steps from the beach (you have a wonderful sea view from the balcony) and super cute beach clubs (we'd particularly recommend Alibaba and Mylos) and waterfront restaurants (we especially liked Barbouni). The walk to the town center (which is a bit more touristy but very pretty as well) is only about 10-15 minutes, so you can easily get around by foot or bike, but we did enjoy our home neighborhood the most. As hosts, Yiannis and Georgia were a dream. They might be the nicest people we've ever met. Super accommodating, quick to respond and they made us feel so, so welcome from the moment we arrived in Kos to the second we left. We are really grateful and would definitely stay with them again!

Great location, perfect for families with children

I have stayed with a lot of airbnb so far. Mr. Muharrem was the most wonderful host. Mr. Husarrem was our parents, our parents were our upper neighbors, they left the garden crops at our door in the morning, a very sweet, kind family. All the items of the house were zero and sparkling clean house sheets, pillows, the kitchen area was immaculate, the kitchen area was quite sufficient, there is a beach within walking distance of the site, the prices are very reasonable, we ate there for dinners, I would recommend it most of the time. Due to spontaneous plans, we were in Kos Town and were able to book the room in the Bristol very flexibly and also earlier than normal to put our things away. The apartment was very spacious, everything you need was there and a great view of the sea from the very spacious balcony. Everything is within walking distance and there is a great bakery just across the street. If we are back in Kos Town, we would definitely book here again.

such a nice apartment ,view overlooking the beach and beautiful sunsets ,very helpful staff and lovely cleaner who came in every 2 days changed towels and linen and every few days cleaned the whole apartment which we didn't expect ,would definitely recommend , the only problem not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as are 2 flights of stairs

Anne Marie is a kind and good host. She informed us very well at check-in and checkout. The house is just as it is in the pictures, stylish and quite clean. Almost all the tools you'll need are available. The garden is well-maintained and great for children, the stairs can get a little tired. There is a barbecue in the garden. Each room has air conditioning and is a very useful house for families with children. The humidity is almost non-existent, and you can only sleep at night without air conditioning by opening the glass. There are mosquito nets on the windows. There are 2 bathrooms and very comfortable for stays of 6 people. The sea does not deepen very clean and clear quickly in August, six round stones and gravel, the beach is cakil-stone. In the morning, the amount of waves increases according to the wind in the afternoon. A warm sea for children. The beach is yours and you feel private. It was a very pleasant and beautiful holiday for us. Thank you for the peaceful and perfect amenities and see you 😊 again

As seen in the photos of the house, the linens and towels are as clean as you use in your own home. It is quite difficult to walk from the house to the sea due to the slope, but you can go down to the beach in 1 minute by car, there is a parking lot on the beach. The site has its own sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach is not very crowded, you can easily find a place. The site has its own restaurant by the sea, the prices are not bad, we took our own food We took our own raki and they only charged a service fee. The host Ms. Esra's mother Ms. Sema and her father are incredibly polite, caring and friendly people. They took a close interest in us during our stay. We thank them once again for their polite and kind behavior. If you are looking for calmness and peace, I definitely recommend Ms. Esra's house. The house has a magnificent view. We sat and slept at home without sweating.

We had an amazing stay here, it was just as described and the views from the terrace were beautiful. Kay was so helpful throughout, any questions I had he was super responsive and helpful, the wifi and air con was temperamental but always fixed very quickly. Kay even went as far as helping with taxi number etc which we really appreciated. The pool area was lovely, plenty of space and sun beds. We did struggle at first with the steep hill up to the villa but soon found some steps down from the pool which were much easier to climb. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

We had a great stay experience. The host offered us an extra stay because there were no guests before and after, and thanks to him, we had a longer vacation. It was as if we didn't rent an Airbnb, but were guests at our friend's house. Thank you very much, I hope it will be available when we come back :)

It's a wonderful place, right by the sea and very peaceful. It has the written features and is as shown in the same photos. Thank you very much for your kind and helpful behavior to Ms. Handan and Mr. Galip. It was a wonderful holiday with the chickens in the garden and the very sweet dogs, Zinc and Marko. I recommend it to everyone who thinks. I hope we meet again on our next trips.

Everything was very nice, the house was nice, it was spotless and it had everything you could need. They were very interested and helped us with everything. We were very pleased.

Everything about this stay was fantastic. The host was incredibly communicative and flexible — even allowing us a late checkout and providing an extra key for our family, which made things much easier. The flat was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfy beds and a great shower. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. The location was ideal: in a quiet, local area with great restaurants nearby, yet still within walking distance of the tourist spots and the harbour. A perfect balance of convenience and calm. We also appreciated the host’s local recommendations, which really enhanced our trip. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. Thank you for being such a great host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definite consider next time in Kos. The fish restaurant next door was amazing, ferries to Turkey & other activities are across the street. Easy walk or bike rides to sandy beaches. Highly recommend Stella’s place!

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

there is no parking problem, the pool is sufficient and clean , the prices of food and drink are affordable , the employees are interested, the houses are clean, the items are renovated , the only thing missing is that there are no mosquito nets, I hope the mosquitoes will be stuck!!!

We stayed in the apartment for a week in May and were very satisfied. The check-in instructions were very clear and Dimitri always helped us out if we needed anything. A starter pack of coffee was provided and also a few snacks and a bottle of wine! The apartment is in sight of the sea which was very convenient. It was a great base for excursions by car on the island.
