This modern and generously furnished chalet for 16 people has a unique location on the Silberleiten residential complex in Hochkrimml, directly on the piste, with a sauna and with a view of Königsleiten and the magnificent mountain peaks! From the living area you have access to the sunny terrace. The cosy sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a wonderful place to relax. The house has a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms are spread over 4 floors.

You will love the studio because of the friendly and comfortable furnishings. Cozy double bed, small dining table and equipped kitchenette with small dishwasher, two-plate stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc. Flat-screen TV. Nice bathroom with toilet and shower. There is no balcony, but you can use the seating in the garden to sunbathe and relax. The studio is located on the ground floor right next to the entrance door overlooking our parking lot.

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!
