Appartement familial de vacances mais aussi de fonction pour monsieur en hiver. Nous venons régulièrement (week-end, semaine, vacances,...) y passer de beaux moments. L'appartement fait 23m2 et la loggia 5m2. L'appartement est loué pour des particuliers seulement. Suite à de très mauvaises expériences, nous refusons tous professionnels ou employés temporaires dans la vallée. Nous laissons quelques effets personnels qui peuvent être empruntés et utilisés sur place avec soin, merci.

We rent a large 35 m2 studio with a 5 m2 balcony for skiing or hiking on the Les Agudes (1500 m) slope of the Peyragudes resort. Nestled in the heart of the Pyrenees, you will find calm, rest and relaxation away from the city and the crowds. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, south-facing view of the ski slopes and the mountain from the balcony. All in a beautiful secure residence (digicode at the entrance) and concierge. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

Une magnifique vue sur la Vallée de la Neste et du Pla d’Adet lorsque vous êtes assis sur le canapé. La chambre comporte un lit double et deux lits superposés sont situés dans un coin nuit non fermé. Des placards de rangement sont aussi à votre disposition avec cintres. Parking gratuit. Tout le nécessaire pour vivre un super séjour.
