Ein Atelier, das eine Art Anbau zum Wohnhaus ist. Der Architekt hat Kapellen geliebt, so wurde der Anbau ein 6 Meter hoher Raum mit Holzdecke und Parkett. Schlafplatz auf einer Empore. Mit Flügel und Gartenplatz, perfekt eingerichtet mit Stil - ruhig und am Waldrand. Die SBahn ist etwa 30 min zu Fuß, 2 km entfernt. Ideal zum Fahrradfahren im Münchner Süden, Nähe Starnberger See. Leider ist es keine gute Möglichkeit, Kinder unterzubringen. Sozusagen nur für Erwachsene.

Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.

Nice studio / granny apartment near the train station

We offer our beautiful in-law in the attic of our renovated semi-detached house with garden. The in-law apartment with private bathroom (shower / toilet) and small fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need for a short stay. We live on the ground/upper floor ourselves, speak German, English, Russian, Turkish, and a little French. When you book, please explain a little more about what you plan to do and who will be arriving. Thanks!

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
