We really liked the house. It is located in a little remote but easily accessible village, for us who went out in the morning to explore the mountains and only came back at the end of the day it was great. D. Deolinda was always available in case we needed anything.

Our stay at Casa dos Mirtilos in Germil was truly wonderful. Such a beautiful, peaceful location on the outskirts of a charming mountain village. Perfect for wildlife lovers. The garden was full of birdsong and butterflies, we even had breakfast visit from a pine marten! Bring your binoculars. There are lots of paths and quiet mountain roads for walking. Daniela was a brilliant host and was very responsive to messages and gave us good recommendations for local gastronomic delights. We had a wonderful week and would encourage anyone who loves being out in nature to stay at Casa do Mirtilos. Thank you Daniela.
