The house is located at the entrance to the Bodetal (5-minute walk), is an ideal starting point for Harz hikes to the cliffs Hexentanzplatz and Roßtrappe, with cable car, chairlift and for relaxation in the thermal baths. The 100-year-old house has been lovingly renovated. 200 square meters on 3 levels offer enough space and retreat areas for 8 people. Large windows and an open living area with oiled wooden floorboards give the rooms light and atmosphere. The house is good for couples and families with kids.

You can park directly on the street for free and live comfortably in a 50 m² apartment with balcony. From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. Enjoy the sounds of nature when staying in this special place. In the cozy yurt there is a 1.40 m double bed and a single bed. A toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) are available in the sanitary area on the property. A sauna with a wood-burning stove and panoramic views of the river is also available to all guests. There are many hiking trails and interesting sights to visit nearby.

A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.
