Auf dem möblierten Balkon kann man den Tag mit einem Frühstück starten oder gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Bushaltestelle, Apotheke, Eisdiele, Metzgerei und 2 Bäckereien mit Frühstücksangebot sind in nur 1-2 min zu erreichen. Auch Monteure sind willkommen.

In the former hayloft, on the first floor, we have created a cosy holiday apartment for 4 guests (approx. 56 sqm) with views of the Eselsburger Valley. The living and dining area features a well-equipped kitchenette, and lovingly restored 1960s sofas invite you to relax. From here, you can access the spacious, partly covered balcony. Wi-Fi and smart TV are available. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, which can be pushed together.

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen can also be reached in 20-25 minutes. Ulm is 15 km and there you have a lot of opportunities to pass the time.
