This is a separate bedroom, living room with dining area and kitchenette, and a small bathroom. Since this year, a unique, covered outdoor loggia has been built. It offers a special place to relax in the middle of nature, in any kind of weather. The garden can also be used. On the loggia, you can hear the lapping of the spring and, at the same time, the ringing of the cowbells.

Our rustic house consists of two high-quality apartments that can be rented separately but also as an entire house. The apartments are connected by a staircase. The first floor sleeps 4 people with 2 bedrooms. The 2nd floor accommodates 2-4 people with 1 bedroom + 1 sofa bed. Large living rooms with TV, tiled stove and corner bench, modern kitchens and stylish bathrooms invite you. A large garden with sun loungers, seating areas and a grill awaits you.

Our simple but functionally furnished attic studio is located in Isny, a lovely small town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometers away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.

Therefore, it could be that you occasionally become acquainted with "Allgäu scents" and tractor noises ;-) Our accommodation offers a double bed (180-200) and a sofa bed (140-200). Ideal for 3-4 people. In about 15 minutes' walk you will find the famous "Eistobel" or by car, for example, Lake Constance, Alpsee Bergwelt, Skywalk are easily accessible.
