You have exclusive use of this apartment. You will not be sharing anything with other guests. We are right in the middle of downtown, on the main street. It is really fun to walk around and people on this street. All the main attractions of the city centre, like “The Big Church”, Sun Voyager, Harpa Concert Hall, Parliament Square, Town Hall, City Pond, Rainbow Street are all walking distance from our front door. There are about 100 restaurants, coffee houses and bars within walking distance.

For security we have fire extinguisher, smoke detectors and motion sensors. No cameras on site.

The location is exceptional, located hillside in a beautiful nature reserve, still very close to the downtown Reykjavik, 20 min drive. In winter Dec-March 4x4 car is essential in Iceland. No public transport. Enjoy the hot tube in the evening and watch for the Northern Lights, then rest inside and amid wood paneling that extends to the vaulted ceilings, and look out forest-wards from the deck. The International airport is 40-50 minutes drive. Ideal located for exploring the South West.

Stunning villa with amazing 360 views, great location close to the golden circle and the capital region (only 30 min drive). The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 10 people. Himri is very spacious (300 sqm) and has everything you could wish for - a fully equipped gym and game room, a sauna and a hot tub. We just bought the villa and just finished a complete renovation.
