Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Reykjavík

We needed somewhere to stay while a storm blew through. Camping would have been very difficult but this place was the solution!

Robert is very friendly and easy going person. Always replied my questions quickly. Also recommended the shop for shopping.

Inga is incredible host. I felt immediately as though I was a guest in the home of a friend. Everything was so clean and I loved the close proximity to the beach where I walked every day. She also has two lovely cats who were quiet and very friendly.

An amazing stay at Johnatan’s. I came around in new year and a very welcoming family. The place was impecable and warm. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

My mom and I had a great stay for two nights. Natalia and her husband were very friendly and made us feel right at home. Their two cats were adorable and made the place feel extra special. We were not home most of the time as we were exploring Iceland and really only were at the apartment to sleep. It was a very clean spot and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would recommend and come back!

This place is located few minutes from city center and parking avaliable. it was very clean and everything same as per photos. Check in was easy and overall comfortable.

Great place to stay for a few nights in the city! The location was ideal--quiet, yet super close to restaurants and nightlife. There was always parking available right outside the door. The apartment itself was spacious and gave the two of us room to spread out a bit. There is a nice covered patio out back but just a note--you can't see the sky from it or anywhere in the apt. So if you want to have a quick peek to see if the aurora is visible you have to leave the building. :)

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Làrey was extremely helpful with everything, always providing quick responses. The kitchen is absolutely amazing and has everything you could possibly need—much more than expected. I truly enjoyed cooking there; it felt just like being in my own kitchen. This is the best house we have rented for our holidays. The beds are very comfortable. I was fall in love with Christmas decoration. Big thank you for that🥰 Everything was just perfect!I highly recommend it to everyone!

My friend and I really felt like home here, and Patrik and his partner were the best hosts we’ve ever had. Very friendly, helpful, caring and fun. It felt more like staying at friends’ place rather than at an airbnb. The apartment is very beautiful, stylish and clean. Felt luxurious. The last night the two of us chilled on the balcony with candles on and even saw northern lights from there. We would 100% recommend to stay here!

The apartment is very cozy and well equipped. location is great, public transportation close by, grocery store is 2 minutes walking distance. I really enjoyed my time during the stay! Although not lucky enough to see the aurora, my week was cloudy and rainy.

We enjoyed our stay here! Great location and price! Just about a 10-15 minute walk into town and a grocery store just a 9 minute walk!

We loved how close it was to the rainbow road, everything was super walkable. The apartment was spacious and was perfect for our family of 4! Vala had everything set up for us for our girls when we arrived! The only thing I always wish for any city place when we stay is free close parking. We did get lucky and found a spot at night right out front but during the day where we had to park was a bit of a hike from the free parking! There was some super loud noises at 8am on Monday morning but we were able to go back to sleep. Vala also provided quick responses and help tips for parking and other local things! Overall a very good stay!
