The building is called "Blaumana Residence" and has been home to many of Riga's elite through-out the 20th century, but has a great modern touch given to it by the renovation Around the corner, you'll find one of the nicest parks in Riga - Vermanes Garden. All of the best sights and restaurants are within a walking distance from the apartment, also one of the best shopping centers in Riga- Galleria Riga - is located right next door

Refined, artistic apt in the heart of the city

My design apartment in a renovated historic building is only a 5 minute walk from Riga Old Town. The combined living room and dining area comes with plenty of natural light. Kick back on the comfortable couch and enjoy a book or some TV if that's what you prefer. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils, and an espresso machine so you can start your mornings off right. The comfortable Queen size bed in the bedroom will guarantee that your time here will be relaxing!
