In a separate room, a large bright front porch with kitchenette (dishwasher, washer, fridge, induction cooktop). Full bathroom with shower. Free wifi. A key safe. There is no access to the garden. I have a second listing (apartment 35 m2 ) in the same ground floor house, which is the entrance from the backyard.

The apartment is located in Sopot, in a beautiful area 200 meters from the beach, 10 minutes from the center of Sopot. The apartment is located in an 11-storey building on the top floor - we have amazing views of the city! The neighborhood and the apartment are quiet, peaceful. In addition, there are shops, service facilities, and public transportation nearby. Great for people coming to Ergo Arena for concerts - 10 minutes walk. Under the house there are paid parking spaces on the street.

Sopot - apartment in a historic villa in the center

The offer is addressed primarily to people who appreciate the unique atmosphere of "old" Sopot, beautiful architecture, proximity to nature and quiet, maintained in a classic style of the interior. Families with children are most welcome. I would suggest a slightly different location to the partygoers, because I care about good relations with my neighbors, who have been living here for several decades and love their home very much. I assure you, this is a very special place.

We offer our guests a newly renovated, fully equipped apartment on the 2nd floor of a century-old historic tenement house. We enjoyed our stay at Jola's place. Super location, a few hundred meters from the beach in pretty Sopot, very quiet and close to everything that you need! Jola is a great host, welcoming and very flexible with the Check-in/out. Her place is a rare-find on AirBnB, super clean and comfortable. Thanks for everything, Jola!

The place is in the very center, close to everything. The room window overlooks the back of the house, so you can't hear the noise from the street. Very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked. The bed is comfortable. Right at the gate to the house there is a Carrefour express store, open every day of the week. I recommend it.

Had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was ideal for us, quiet, secure and peaceful. The walk to the beach, main streets and train station was not too far ( we are active people mind). If a potential visitor had mobility issues the location or the steps to the apartment may be a challenge. Advice to visit "Hel" by ferry was appreciated and we took that trip. We arrived well before our check-in and the cleaning was done, but were allowed to leave our bags so we could explore on our first day. All in all I really appreciated this location and apartment and must send many thanks to Maja! Sopot is lovely too. Easy to get around by train. We visited Gdansk, Gdyina and Malborku and had no issues. Lots of cafes, restaurants and bars in Sopot and a lovely beach. In high Summer I really think this is a lovely place to be.

Great place to stay. Small but well finished and with everything you need. A gem. Host always available, almost immediate response. Walking to the pier in fifteen minutes, a pleasant walk. Restaurants and small markets nearby. Accommodation close to the center but sheltered from noise, quiet. Convenient parking inside the property.

I can really only say good things about the apartment at Magdalena. Everything is very, very clean and quieter than in a hotel. From Gdansk airport, you can quickly get to Magdalena's apartment on bus 122. From the bus stop it is only a 12 minute walk. The pedestrian zone (also the main shopping street) takes you directly to the beautiful beach of Sopot with the largest wooden pier in Europe! I can highly recommend Magdalena's apartment.

We recommend this place, close to the beach, pier, and downtown. Shops and restaurants nearby. Street parking for a fee, free on the weekend. The apartment was as described, there was everything we needed.
