The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze with clear instructions. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful at night. The little touches really made it feel like home—like fresh towels, coffee, and even some local tips that helped us make the most of my trip. Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was super comfy, and everything felt well taken care of. Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation! Alfredo our butler was amazing!

The house was perfect! Each guest had their own room and bathroom, which made the stay super comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive, and the on-site staff was equally helpful—everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The pool was absolutely incredible! This place is ideal for a big group or a family with kids. Everyone had their own private space, yet there was plenty of room for us to gather and enjoy time together. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for my short stay in Cartagena. It’s in a lowkey area that has walkable amenities like an ATM, grocery store, mall, a café, and the Castle in the background. The overall aesthetic of the unit matches my style to a T, and the interior amenities are amazing, including the pool and the rooftop balcony. The team was also very helpful, as the housekeeper and the security in the evening were a blessing to have while we were there. Overall, I would stay here again and again and would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay outside of the bustle of the walled city but still close enough to access everything.

Our family spent a week at Ivan’s property. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our pleasant experience started at the airport when Ivan offered a complimentary pickup. The home is beautiful, spacious, and offered all the amenities as advertised. My wife who is an avid reader appreciated the many books in the home. The location is ideal for accessing all the city has to offer in food, entertainment, and culture. The property also offered a secluded experience with a large private lobby ideal for working. The front doormen were friendly and welcoming. The pool was cleaned daily and my kids could not get enough of it. Ivan provided clear instructions as well as helpful local recommendations for food and entertaining. We were offered a complimentary beach excursion which was a pleasant surprise. Ivan connected us with a reliable driver who was also knowledgeable and resourceful. Ivan was very responsive to our needs and proactive in offering his support. Thank you Ivan and Nancy!

We enjoyed our stay at La Santísima! Well located on a safe and quieter street in close proximity to the local attractions. The staff was top notch and a special thanks to Kelly for her delicious cooking and pleasant company. The team under Ana’s leadership was responsive to some noisy neighbors we had one evening that did not happen again. I highly recommend this place to others provided you can climb a spiral staircase to reach the bedrooms and rooftop pool. Thank You again for a wonderful stay!!

We had an amazing time every single day, Wendy the cook makes great food and was always attentive to us with whatever we needed. Luis our security came out with us and made sure we were safe and had a great time, he knew where to go for bars, restaurants, beaches, gyms, clubs, tourist attractions, islands to visit. overall very friendly, trustworthy, and knowledgeable for whatever we asked about or needed. Very much recommend this place. We will stay here next time 100%

Locations for this darling stay was great! Within the walled city and close to everything, but tucked enough away that you could have privacy when needed. Daniel was so attentive and made our check in, stay, and check out all so easy. We would absolutely recommend this all travelers.

it was amazing, the place is so much bigger than it looks in the pictures. super central to everything walking distance. there was also a cleaning lady that came every morning to clean our rooms and do our laundry. truly great place

Terrific Maid/cook on-site daily to keep the property spotless and security at the door every evening for peace of mind. Fast WiFi, professional pool table, hot tub and Smart TVs in all 3BRs. This home was very beautiful and exactly what my group was looking for al centro histórico. I just had my wedding al centro this weekend and so we wanted a place to decompress at and this gave us exactly what we needed. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the air conditioners worked perfectly in every room, there was plenty of room on the top balcony area and living room for everyone to hang out, the pool was absolutely pristine, and the list could go on. To top it off, the housekeeper, Edel, helped make us feel like we were at home. She is the sweetest lady and offered to help with everything. If you want breakfast or lunch cooked at home, she will take away all of the overhead from you so that you can continue to relax. Her cooking was AMAZING. From comida costeña típica to a traditional American breakfast, she knew what she was doing. I can’t say enough kind words about her. I highly recommend staying here.

The location is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of Getsemani, with tons of restaurants and bars within a 5 min walk. The street outside does get loud at night, which wasn’t a problem for us, just good to know if you are looking for a more quiet location. Four friends since college flew in to celebrate my friends 60th TheAC kept the *entire house* cool throughout our 6 night stay (the 4 master suites, the kitchen, dining area, living room, and bathrooms). The water pressure for showers was great and the beds were comfortable. Walkability left nothing to be desired: it is literally right around the corner from tons of restaurants and bars and shopping. One of the things that absolutely made our stay was the woman who daily kept the house clean and made us a delicious breakfast each morning -- each morning she prepared a *delicious* meal of eggs, bacon, sausage, avocado, arepas, and a huge delicious fresh fruit plate with 8 types of fruit that were perfectly ripe and superb. The communication with the host was great: we simply set up WhatsAapp accounts, and created a group chat with the host, who always responded very quickly. Host setup up a *fantastic* private cooking class for us, as well as airport transportation.

Truly exceptional! This is my second time at this flawless property, and the location couldn’t be better—close enough to all the action yet far enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and it’s just a short walk or a $5 Uber/taxi ride to the Clock Tower. It’s also not far at all from the luxury boats if you want to rent one. The hot tub was a great way to unwind in the evenings with stunning views of the sky. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the generator worked flawlessly during a power outage. Each room had a secure lockbox, and the bathrooms were well-appointed with consistently hot water. Fresh coffee in the kitchen was a great touch in the mornings, and the household staff was wonderfully accommodating. I would absolutely book this again!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, which made getting around super convenient. The security and maid service were excellent and really added to the overall comfort of our stay. I had read a few reviews mentioning potential noise due to the central location, but I was pleasantly surprised. The place is very well insulated, and we had a peaceful, quiet night without any disturbances. They clearly put thought into making the space comfortable for guests. Highly recommend!
