⸻ Colombia was the perfect spot for my graduation trip with the crew — and a big part of that was thanks to DAVID. The place was beautiful and truly felt like home. We had a maid, a dope security guard we nicknamed Black King, and a top-tier concierge service that helped us book all our rides and excursions with ease. Easily one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had — I’d come back here without hesitation.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and couldn't be more grateful for the experience. The location was fantastic — very active and festive, with plenty of restaurants just 2-3 minutes walking distance away. It made exploring and enjoying the local culture incredibly easy and fun. A special thank you to Carmen, who truly made the stay unforgettable. She was so caring, thoughtful, and also had a great sense of humor — it was such a joy waking up each morning to a delicious breakfast she prepared, and the house was kept spotless thanks to her daily cleaning. Her warmth and energy really made it feel like a home away from home. The security guard (I can't recall his name, unfortunately) was also amazing — very helpful in arranging taxis and making sure we weren’t being overcharged. It was very reassuring to have someone so reliable and attentive looking out for us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will absolutely be rebooking for future trips. Great place, centrally located but still quiet. Roberto and his team were so communicative and helpful. They set up rides to/ from airport and had fruit and water upon arrival. And had great insight on things to do around town. Place was clean and a/c was comfortable. Would 10/10 recommend!

In a word: Amazing. I can't say enough great things about this stay! I booked this trip with six of my friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. A lot of people expressed concern about seven females traveling to Colombia, but this was my bucket list trip, so off we went! I'm so happy we did! Laura was amazing at communicating prior to the stay. She sent so many recommendations, helped arrange transportation and meals, and was always pleasant and friendly, leaving detailed voice messages. The house looks exactly like the photos and was stunning! We LOVED the rooftop pool and the outdoor courtyard. We spent a lot of time in the home because it was so beautiful. The location is perfect - so lively and colorful and close to amazing restaurants. Getsemani is a very vibrant part of Cartagena, so it was busy outside our door, but once inside, it was like our own peaceful sanctuary. And finally, we all loved the attentiveness and kindness of Luz Maria, the onsite concierge. We already miss her!

If you’re going to Cartagena, Ruben’s listing is the place to be! It was exactly as the pictures. Very safe, secure building with wonderful pool. Apartment overlooked the beach. Was amazing watching the sunsets. Very romantic spot. Ideal for couples. Everything was clean as well. Walkable to grocery store, beach, and restaurants. Plus close to Old Town (few minute drive). This apartment was excatly like the photos.. no surprises! It was clean that walking barefooted was an option. Alejandra was responsive when I did have my 1 question about recycling. Checkin is equivalent to checking into a resort, be prepared for a little wait. Otherwise, My husband and I enjoyed the apartment & the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is perfect if you’ve visited Cartagena before, meaning it’s off the main strip and it’s an away from the crowds of Getsemani and in a perfect spot walking distance to everything you need. The space was spotless and we felt comfortable . The only criticism I could give is to put the word “bondo building” in the google map so its easier to find I was dropped off at the wrong spot and had to find the location by foot, even after following the pin from the Airbnb app. I still had an amazing stay , Thank you

Sara's apartment is a variable distance from the historic center, in a very safe area and with magnificent views. The wifi worked properly to be able to work remotely, answer calls without problems. The proximity to the supermarket, down the elevator you have access to the supermarket parking, ideal for shopping, cooking in the apartment and enjoying the food with the beautiful view! In short, highly recommended!

Great place to stay. Beach is walking distance. Food, drinks, atvs, jet skis, etc…. Everything is right there.

Great stay overall! The apartment was clean, stylish, and perfectly located near Getsemaní—easy to walk everywhere. The rooftop pool had stunning views! Only downside was that the area right outside the building felt a bit sketchy at times, especially as a group of women. But the building itself felt safe and secure. Would still recommend!

The accommodation is very well located, you can walk to many places, however I think the building is very old (which is not negative), but I feel that it lacks maintenance, cleaning and a different view. The accommodation is fine, but I also think it needs maintenance and cleaning.
