Il proprietario è una persona davvero amichevole e disponibile. Il primo giorno, a causa di un problema con l’auto a noleggio, non siamo riusciti a raggiungere la casa, ma lui è venuto a prenderci e gliene siamo davvero grati. Durante tutto il nostro soggiorno, ci ha aiutato tantissimo, consigliandoci ristoranti locali e offrendoci caffè, bevande e biscotti deliziosi. Abbiamo persino fatto un barbecue in casa, con tutti gli strumenti necessari a disposizione, creando dei bellissimi ricordi. Abbiamo anche assaggiato una pizza tipica di Palermo, davvero unica. La casa era pulita e ordinata, e durante le nostre conversazioni abbiamo scoperto che il proprietario ha dedicato tutto il suo impegno e passione a questa casa. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare insieme a suo figlio, che si è rivelato una persona gentile, divertente e davvero simpatica. La vista dalla casa è incantevole, l’aria fresca e la piscina spettacolare: davvero la scelta ideale per una vacanza. Siamo sicuri che torneremo.

Vincenza si è dimostrata da subito cordiale e accogliente. E’ stato facile instaurare sin da subito un rapporto di empatia e collaborazione. La casa è splendida e ti fa vivere l’esperienza di una casa a pochi passi dal mare. Ci si sente a casa e allo stesso tempo in vacanza. Semplicemente meraviglioso. Se dovessimo tornare a Scopello, e ci torneremo, Vincenza sarà il nostro punto di riferimento.

we loved our stay at here! it's a truly beautiful and comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood of Palermo, many attractions and great bars within a short walk. the terraces are just a dream, we spent a lot of time just enjoying the space. Valentina was very responsive and helpful: there was some construction and scaffolding that went up on the facade of the building during our stay, and she checked in with us to make sure it was ok. would absolutely recommend staying here! just be prepared for the 4 very steep and narrow flights of steps: wasn't too much of an issue for us but it is quite a climb if you have any kind of mobility issues.

AMAZING! In two years of traveling around Europe and staying in Airbnbs, this is the best house and host we have ever had. It is so beautiful, quiet and peaceful and it has everything you could possibly need. Maria Rosa is an amazing person, and she welcomes you and treats you like family, and makes you feel as if it is your house. She truly cares about her guests. There are literally no negatives about this property. I hope to come back again someday. Book it now and you will not be disappointed!!

We’ve chose the home online, because the place looked beautiful, and perfect for 3 people. The surroundings were just as good, as found on the pictures. The garden is very spacious, both with the outdoor kitchen and the swimming pool. This place is perfect for both trips with family or just a couple of friends. Our trip was 10/10, but our host, Andrea, made it 12/10. Not only was he a super friendly host, but also very open about local spots that are hard to find on your own, as a tourist.
