Holiday rentals with beach access in Giardini Naxos

I had an extended stay at Elvio’s apartment. The hosts are responsive and welcoming, with great instructions on how to find it. When an issue occurred it was resolved promptly. The apartment is homely, very clean and larger than I had expected. There is a modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower) and really lovely terrace area. the air con/fans were great in the warmer weather. Apartment is really well located in Recanati, 3 mins from bus terminal. Some lovely restaurants close by or a 10 mins walk into Giardini/Naxos. Was a lovely place to stay.

I would definitely recommend staying here. Spacious, very clean and well equipped. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Best value in Taormina!

I’m not sure I can sum this up in 1000 words but our stay at Roberto’s was beyond any expectation. Not only was it spotlessly clean, perfectly located and had its own parking, it was a 5 minute walk to the cable car to Taormina town (quick 3-4 min ride). The nearby restaurants were phenomenal especially Bel Assai and Blum. Both walkable within 5 minutes. Roberto as a host is simply the best we’ve ever had. There were multiple snacks and beverages for us upon arrival and everything you could ever want from an Airbnb experience. His charm and care were off the charts. Tanjit, his very strong helper, was available for any questions or inquiries we had as well. All in all it was our favorite stay not only in Sicily but in the course of our 20+ Airbnb’s around the world. To be fair- yes, there are many steps to the property but every single one was worth the experience. If you get the opportunity book it immediately. There’s no place like it in the world.

We had a wonderful stay at Gianluca’s apartment. We were right around the corner from Corso Umberto. It was very quiet inside the apartment at night and even though it was a lively street we slept very well. Gianluca was extremely helpful from getting us a booking at his very busy and amazing restaurant downstairs to arranging tickets to the film festival - he really went above and beyond. The apartment was very clean and we had plenty of space for two adults and our child. The balcony is large with views to die for and having the bus station and cable car very close was an added bonus. If we ever are lucky enough to return to Taormina, we would deciiitely stay again.

Wow, absolutely love Daniela‘s place and the Panoramic Vista of the port, Costello and center of Aci Costello‘s Village is amazing from the huge well equipped Terrace. The penthouse had everything we needed for our stay and more! It’s worth the accent of stairs for a prize view from the terrace. We have found that the best gorgeous penthouse views in Italy and Sicily have stairs and with every effort! Enamored by and loved proximity of restaurants pastry shops, coffee bars, below in the village ! Eden bar pastry shop Gelateria amazing also restaurant PortoNuevo so adjacent. So many great places in the bustling quaint village. Just a 26 minute car trip to Catania to enjoy Local favorites Da Nittos seafood restaurant, Bar Quaranta pastry Gelateria the best local seafood and pastry shop in Catania plus Bar Europa. Taormina and Etna are very close as well for fun filled day trips. Daniela is a standout host and we thoroughly enjoyed our days in this Aci Costello penthouse !

Great apartment in Giardini Naxos. Very large, super equipped kitchen (if you like to cook yourself) and 3 (!) Balconies or a large, private roof terrace, where you can end the day with a glass of wine overlooking the sea. Communication was extremely nice and efficient. The bus to Taormina or Isola Bella starts almost outside the door. The location is great, despite traffic rather quiet and the hustle and bustle of Taormina is very easy to leave behind. We'll be back.!

Cool place near Taormina

I really liked the apartment and the great location of the apartment. The view from the balcony was amazing, clean and tidy and Giulia was easy to communicate with. Walking distance to Naxos town and easy to access Taormina by bus or taxi.

This was such a lovely and relaxing place. The outside space with the patios was amazing. There’s plenty of space indoors with a well equipped kitchen and I loved that the bedrooms are downstairs so you don’t have to bring the luggage upstairs. It was an easy drive to visit Taormina and Sergio was nothing but helpful with tips of where to park and places to eat. We would definitely return!

We spend wonderful week at Alfio's place. All good reviews are hundred percent correct. View is amazing! Flat is very clean and cosy. There is air conditioning for every room separately. It's everything what you need and even more. Flat is simple but everything is solid and good quality. The area is great. All aperitivo we had on the terrace was with amazing view, quiet area and we were really satisfied. Hosts are very helpful and were responding to us very fast :) We will go back for sure :) Grazie di cuore :)

We had a lovely stay at Chiara"s place. Swims in the morning and drinks on the balcony in the warm evenings. The apartment is very well appointed and tastefully decorated.

Francesco is an excellent host!! He gave us all the necessary directions and also came to help us with parking. It is an excellent place very close to the beach and other places to eat. We recommend stopping here and not in Taormina, where there are too many people and you can't be. The distance to Taormina is 15' on a €2 bus and 5' on foot from the train station. Although we went by car, it is not necessary since the access is very comfortable. The house has everything you may need for your stay. There were two of us and the house is huge for that number of people. Being close to the train, you can hear the sound a little, but it's nothing serious. So now you know, if Taormina is on your travel plan, don't look for accommodation anywhere other than Giardini Naxos and, obviously, stay with Francesco. Thank you very much Francesco, we hope to return sometime!

We have already been for the 2nd time in this beautiful apartment. Wonderful terrace at any time of day, sea and beach across the street, supermarket and restaurants right outside the front door. Cristina welcomed us very warmly despite the late arrival time with a delicious surprise and also had nice excursion tips ready for the 3 rainy days (end of October). Mille grazie!

We were very pleased with our stay. Alessandro was very communicative, at check-in, in case of problems, when transferring our daughter to the airport. We enjoyed the small terrace very much, but it felt almost directly by the sea. We can only recommend the apartment. Volker and Iris

everything as in the photos and descriptions, top of the top apartment was not missing anything from the kitchen utensils that was very well stocked to those in the bathroom ,even an ironing board with an iron, smart TV with an active netflix is not for everyone ,but the real gem of this apartment is the outside, a terrace with a table and a private pool all for you very clean, outside you could breathe an air of peace and relaxation ,what to say of the host Marco and Mikela people were very helpful and nice people put us at ease . Positive experience to do again 10 and praises on everything

Lele is an excellent hostess. The place matches the description perfectly. She has thoughtfully prepared a detailed instruction book with all the information we might need. Additionally, she provided us with plenty of helpful parking tips.

Emanuela is a great host! The apartment is a gem in a beautiful village. The early morning sunrise from the balcony facing the sea is stunning! I feel at home the moment we stepped in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

This place was beautiful! The terrace and view were the best part. Friendly and responsive host with good local recommendations. It was a little noisy during the day with some construction happening but overall a great location and very nice stay. Thank you!

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

Well-located accommodation, close to Catania, Etna, and 1 hour from Taormina. A little out of the tourist center, but several restaurants nearby in Aci Trezza. Excellent recommendations for tours and restaurants by our hosts. Very nice welcome by Julia, many recommendations and detailed information. Accommodation a little cramped if you imagine staying at 4, but ideal for 2 people! Perfect equipment, with beach essentials, umbrellas if needed, etc.

Very beautiful house . And the location was spot on. You drink coffee hearing the peaceful sound of the sea.

This is a beautiful modern apartment, which is exceptionally clean. The terrace was spacious and a great place to enjoy breakfast or an evening drink. Andrea was a great host. She checked with us to ensure everything was ok and responded quickly to a query. The apartment is a short walk from Giardini Naxos station and the bus into Taormina stops nearby. There are a few cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautiful, exactly like the pictures, very contemporary with a balcony overlooking the sea at the front and a view of mount Etna at the back. The town, Stazzo, is a small Sicilian fishing village with few tourists. Although we don’t speak Italian, we were welcomed and found it to be a very friendly neighborhood with neighbours meeting on the seafront, passing the time of day with each other. It was lovely to see. When we were there the beaches were just starting to be converted for the summer season with wooden platforms being installed over the rocks but we were happy to swim and sunbathe on the many flat areas carved out on the rocks. All in all, it was a great base to explore the region, you will need a car but you can park right on front of the house, no problem.

Quiet apartment in a great location. The private parking on the property is also excellent and the garden that surrounds it is beautiful! The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Rosaria is a great host. Highly recommend!
