My family and I stayed at Andrea’s house for four nights. This is one of those hidden gems that makes you truly happy when you find it. Located in a beautiful, quiet little fishing village, the house sits right by the stunning, clear sea. The peace, the view, waking up every morning with a cappuccino at the local coffee spot, the lady from the supermarket, the wedding couples getting photographed at the harbor every day, the evening beer at the same coffee place, the fish market where you can get fresh fish daily — it’s all pure joy. I’d love to come back for a week of doing absolutely nothing and just enjoying it all. The house is a lovely and cozy place. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen could use a little extra love (cleaning), but that is easily outweighed by the authentic and pure feeling you get in beautiful Pozzillo. Thank you, Andrea, for your hospitality!

Great terraces with view of the sea. Not a lot of restaurants to walk to. Place was very clean and furnished well. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make several dinners there with no problem. We went during shoulder season so the area was very quiet. I’m sure it’s busier during the summer.

Miejsce bardzo dogodne, jako baza do zwiedzania. Mieliśmy auto, które można było bez problemu zaparkować. Piękne widoki. 🤩 W mieszkaniu było, wszystko czego można potrzebować plus dużo przestrzeni. Zarówno z salonu oraz sypialni i kuchni można było wyjść na balkon. Z jednej strony był piękny widok na majestatyczną Etnę, a z drugiej na morze. No i taras na dachu 👌🏻🤩 Można było poczuć naprawdę włoski klimat 😉 Gospodarz bardzo responsywny i pomocny. Szczerze polecam miejsce 😉

The appartment is located perfectly for staying at the beautiful beach and also to get up to the center of Taormine within minutes. We even got a lot of free drinks on our fridge, including local and tasty wine from Sicily. We felt very comfortable and safe in the appartment and surrounded area. In addition we got great recommendations for restaurants (very delicious), trips and other things to do. Many thanks to Rocco and Massimo, our stay was amazing! Emanuela is a great host! The apartment is a gem in a beautiful village. The early morning sunrise from the balcony facing the sea is stunning! I feel at home the moment we stepped in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage , um Taormina, Catania und die Nordost Küste zu erkunden. Õffentliche Bus und Zugverbindungen, sowie Restaurants und Supermärkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war sehr freundlich, reaktionsschnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben die Terrasse mit dem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und Taormina sehr genossen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour -une vue magnifique sur la mer et l’etna-il y a une belle énergie en Sicile on s’y sent bien et la situation de l’appartement y est pour beaucoup -Emanuela est hyper réactive et surtout prend soin de ses visiteurs avec de belles attentions à notre arrivée -boissons fraîches et gâteaux -après le long trajet c’était très agréable -il y a vraiment tout dans l’appartement -et j’ai adoré cuisiner face à l’église -un tintement agréable de l’horloge -c’est simple de l’appartement chaque fenêtre offre une vue charmante -la proximité de Taormina par le sentier pédestre ,le bateau, les excursions à l’Etna -parfait !!!!! On était proche de tout ….merci à nos hôtes de nous avoir permis de découvrir leur magnifique île -magique -

An dem Apartment gab es nichts auszusetzen, von der Terrasse kann man wie versprochen den Etna sehen, im großen und ganzen war das Apartment gut. Der Strand ist wirklich direkt über die Straße, aber er ist wirklich nichts besonders und es liegt auch dort etwas Müll rum. Wenn man als Profilbild ein blauen Pool abbildet und man dann ein dunkel grünen Pool vorfindet dann ist das schon etwas fragwürdig, aber da wir sowieso keine Pool gänger sind war es uns egal. Die ganze Gegend wirkte schon etwas runter gekommen und Müll war ja dort immer ein Problem.

Wir hatten als Freundesgruppe, von 3 Personen eine schöne Zeit in Melinas Unterkunft. Mit dem Mietwagen haben wir die Adresse problemlos erreichen können. Ohne Auto und bei heißen Temperaturen ist der steile An-/Abstieg sicher etwas herausfordernd. Wir hatten einen sehr frühen Flug und konnten dank Melinas Flexibilität sogar viel früher in die Wohnung. Wichtig zu erwähnen wäre, dass Melina wirklich nur Italienisch spricht und der Check-In etwas schnell ging, wir haben aber grundlegende Infos dank englischen Notizen verstanden. Die Wohnung ist schon etwas abgewohnt aber in Ordnung und wir haben uns gut zurecht gefunden. Bei Fragen war Melina immer schnell erreichbar und schickte uns zu Beginn auch ein paar Adressen für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele. Beim eigenständigen Check-Out ist zu beachten, dass das Eingangstor vorher noch mit dem Schlüssel geöffnet werden muss, wir hatten uns in den frühen Morgenstunden erst einmal auf dem Hof eingesperrt.

Carlo was a super friendly host. We felt welcome in the truest sense of the word. We were greeted by him personally with a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a homemade cake! Carlo was very concerned about our well-being and gave us lots of great tips and recommendations for the region. The house with the large garden in a very quiet location offers a great view of Mount Etna and at the same time you can hear the sound of the sea. The house is very tastefully furnished, very clean and comfortable. As soon as it got dark, we enjoyed the view of Mount Etna from the fireplace. We would love to come back at any time and can highly recommend this accommodation.

Gianni und seine Frau waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar und authentisch eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Das Bad war sauber und das Bett im Schlafzimmer sehr bequem. Der Ort und die Straße waren Ende September wunderbar ruhig und man konnte sehr gut entspannen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Startpunkt um die Ostküste Siziliens zu entdecken. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Our family (2 adults/2 children) enjoyed a wonderful stay here in April. It is a well-equipped and good sized property with everything we needed. It is well located on the coastal road: a few minutes drive (or 20 minutes steep walk) to Taormina and also from the beaches/Isola Bella. Communication with the host was good and the building manager was very helpful with our arrival.

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

We hebben een geweldige week gehad. De accommodatie is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor excursies naar de Etna of de Alcantara kloof. De woning is mooi en super goed uitgerust, echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het zwembad is ondanks dat je een badmuts nodig hebt perfect. Het plaatsje zelf is niet bijzonder. Het is net alsof je een tijdreis maakt 70 jaar terug in de tijd. Er staat veel leeg en is vervallen. We zijn hier enkel naar de Pizzaria (Orso) geweest, die heeft geweldige pizza’s. Gelukkig is in o.a. Taormina genoeg te doen dus het is geen gemis.

Great apartment with a nice view of Isola Bella! Everything was very clean and the hosts were really friendly. We especially enjoyed the pool!

Sonja’s apartment is absolutely perfect and has everything you need for your stay. The location is 2 minutes walk from the beach on a nice quiet street that is close to restaurants and the supermarket. The apartment itself is really cute and has a lovely shaded garden/patio area to relax. The hosts were super helpful and responsive and we met the lovely Sonja a couple of times at the restaurant along the road…she is a wonderful lady! I would highly recommend a stay here to everyone! 👍

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is very spacious and very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Only criticism would be that the photos of the view from the balcony are slightly disingenuous. There is both a gelato sign and lamp-post interrupting the view of the sea and it appears both have been edited out of the image on the listing. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and the location was good for daytrips to Taormina.

Francesco was an amazing host and the apartment was such a beautiful place to stay at. The view from the balcony was spectacular and you had everything you needed. The apartment was located at a perfect place and we reached Taormina and other beautiful places easily with a rented scooter from Etna rent. Francesco also gave us a lot of local recommendations and was very helpful with everything we needed or had questions about. Would definitely come back here if we go to this side of Sicily again. Precioso el apartamento , grande , limpio , fuel a las fotos. La vista y la terraza hermosa . Está en un 4 piso , el ascensor llega al 3 piso . El garage muy espacioso y conveniente para esa zona , un caos entrar , mucho tráfico , es la calle principal y doble sentido, pero todo se logra 💪 Manu muy atento , respondió rápido a solicitudes que le hice . Negativo : no me gustò que entrara al apartamento a dejar unos elementos de limpieza cuando no estábamos , nunca me había pasado antes. Eso no empaña la hermosa estadía que tuvimos . Ahhh un detalle a tener en cuenta, le hace falta un microondas, muy necesario !! Recomiendo

This is one of the best Airbnb we ever had. The terrace is out of this world, the view is actually better than the photos in the listing! Maurizio and Mina were great hosts, they met us at check in and answered all of our questions. The neighborhood has some nice restaurants that we walked to, and we made several trips to Taormina by car, but we could’ve taken the bus. The parking garage was a little tight for our tiny rental car, thank goodness we didn’t get something larger. by the end of the day we were pros at backing the car in. We explored the entire eastern side of the island, and enjoyed breakfast and happy hour on the terrace every day. We were sad to leave and we are already planning our next trip to Naxos.

Graziella was a fantastic host. She communicated with us regularly and was very helpful. The location of the stay is outstanding with the beach a few meters away and with the view of Etna from the apartment. Restaurants and a bus stop are close by. Highly recommended.

Vi hadde et veldig bra opphold i Villaggio i Taormina. Det lille koselige huset vi disponerte lå flott til med utsikt mot sjøen fra frokostplassen utenfor. Det var enkelt å bare rusle den korte turen ned for å ta seg et bad. Rolig å behagelig atmosfære her nede til motsetning til det litt mer travle sentrum i Taormina. Det lå et par små supermarked like ved hvor man kunne kjøpe varer for å lage seg frokost og lunsj. Det er kun et par minutter å gå til taubanen om man ønsker å ta turen opp til Taormina. Anbefaler et opphold her på det sterkeste!
