Gorgeous house, excellent location, and such gracious hosts! Daniele and his parents were both lovely. The space is clean and has everything we needed. The pool is the perfect afternoon relaxing spot. It’s well kept and very clean, which we can only imagine a huge feat considering the volcanic ashes! We also went up Mt Etna with Daniele. He’s a great guide as well! Overall 10/10 recommend.

Don't hesitate to book this property! My son and I thought it looked so beautiful in photos but we were blown away by the beauty that met us when we arrived! Beautiful and lush garden, wonderful surroundings and the house itself was completely unique! A mixture of old and new, which is really an architect who has had a sense of detail when they renovated this room! The place was authentic and quiet. Maria was kind and good at communicating with us before we arrived. I had read many good reviews about her personality and was disappointed that she would not be there during our stay. But when we arrived and met Vittorio who was there instead of Maria, we were just happy he was the most helpful and sweet person! He did EVERYTHING to make us feel comfortable and offered to shop for us and went to the pharmacy when I got an infection. His kindness and charming personality were absolutely formidable! Fantastic service and pure Sicilian hospitality at its best! ❤️ THANK YOU !!🫶🏾

We had a wonderful stay at the appartement. We really enjoyed the beautiful balcony and the nature all around. We even got nice fresh fruits out of the garden!

We loved our stay at Katia’s and Ricardo’s. They were so welcoming and accommodating, just as many of the other reviews have said. We had thunder storms the first day, and as my son had a broken arm and couldn’t get his cast wet they kindly let us check in early which really helped us. The apartment itself is really clean, equipt with everything you need. The garden space is just beautiful, the views, the fruit trees, the pool and hot tub! We really appreciated that space and was great for the children. You do need a car to get around, but they have a gated drive so you could park safely. They is so much to do in the surrounding area. We spent most of our time in Taormina, it was our favourite place. We also went to mount etna which our kids loved. If you have any questions Katia is very helpful, and very quick to respond. I would highly recommend for families or couples

We had a lovely stay at Michele’s place. The accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The large outdoor space made our holiday really special. Michele keeps the garden beautifully neat and tidy, and the surrounding area is very peaceful, so it was a pleasure to spend time outside. We had lots of fun in the swimming pool, although it was a bit on the cool side when we were there at the end of May. The little terrace area was a real sun trap, so ideal for sun bathing and warming up after a dip. The lawn is shaded by beautiful mature trees, which must be lovely in the hotter months. The property is close to Etna National Park and as well as doing a guided trip up Etna, we had some lovely hikes in the foothills and lower slopes of the mountain. (I downloaded the AllTrails app to find local walks). Michele was a very considerate host and always ready to help with anything we needed. All in all, it is one of the best properties we have stayed in.

We were traveling on the island and spontaneously decided to spend the night in a different place today. We were able to book the apartment spontaneously and the check-in was flexible. The hostess was also very friendly.

This place is absolutely beautiful with an amazing atmosphere. The surroundings are charming and full of character, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your stay. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. I truly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable experience.

Such an amazing stay!!! A little slice of paradise amongst the lemon and orange trees with a view of Etna and the sea. Would love to come back anytime!

This was such a lovely and relaxing place. The outside space with the patios was amazing. There’s plenty of space indoors with a well equipped kitchen and I loved that the bedrooms are downstairs so you don’t have to bring the luggage upstairs. It was an easy drive to visit Taormina and Sergio was nothing but helpful with tips of where to park and places to eat. We would definitely return!

Salvatore is a great host. He greeted us at the parking lot. Then he accompanied us to the apartment and explained how it worked. He provided us with beach towels at our request as well as wooden spoons for cooking. Salvatore is very welcoming and responded quickly to our questions. It's a great Airbnb, and from Acireale you can visit the whole region. The terrace of the apartment is nice. The area is very peaceful. Parking is a plus. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

We stayed there for a week, visiting all the nice nearby places, after which we could enjoy a nice afternoon of rest at this place. A great place to chill, enjoy the beautiful scenery and garden. The house itself was very beautiful, clean, had everything needed, and on top of that the host was very helpful and responsive. Thank you for the great time!

Gabriella is very friendly and very good communication. the accommodation is very good, perfect for 4. very clean and well appointed.

Despite very late arrival, Francesco was friendly and accommodating for us and offered us a basic supply for a nightly snack. We experienced it as friendly and helpful, and we were allowed to take each other from the oranges and lemons and always got other ripe fruits from him, so we could experience Sicily's culinary season. The apartment was sparkling clean and corresponded to the listing; the bathroom worked perfectly - the best in 12 Sicily holidays! So that we were not all alone, Francesco greeted us with four-legged friends, making us feel at home. The view from the two terraces is fantastic, we enjoyed the tranquility and miss the quiet glockenspiel of the two churches from the adjacent villages. It is quite possible to get to Plummo or Guardia Manga on foot (bakery, pasticceria, pizzeria, long-distance bus, train connection). We would love to come again! Thanks Francesco!

My group of 6 had a wonderful stay! Antonino was a wonderful host, setting us up with early check in as we arrived from the airport, and was responsive to any questions we had about the house. The location is incredible (the photos don't do it justice-waking up to the volcano and/or the ocean waves, balconies off of every bedroom, steps from the sea, really gorgeous!) The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, cooking in, etc, and the neighborhood has great local spots for drinks, dinner, and small grocery shops. Two of the bedrooms have detachable twin sets that you can use together or separate, but I'd recommend reaching out in advance based on your group if you need them separated. We traveled to/from the train in Riposto for day trips which is very walkable along the coastline. If you're looking for a less touristy, more authentic neighborhood to stay in, this is definitely the spot.

Francesca and Enzo's little house is ideally located at the foot of Etna but also in a peaceful, pretty and very pleasant locality, with all the facilities. We had a great stay there to visit the entire east coast of Sicily. Francesca is particularly attentive and gives very good advice. We highly recommend it to travelers who seek calm, authenticity and contact.

The most amazing week in Taormina, Gianfranco met us on our first day and gave us a detailed tour of the property, he told us how to get around and gave recommendations on where to eat and go. The place is even better than the pictures. Comfy bed, spacious kitchen, great bathroom and the star is of course the patio, we could sit there taking in the view all day. The jacuzzi is amazing, spectacularly situated overlooking the whole town, so relaxing after a day exploring Taormina we looked forward to it everyday! We also loved the hike to Castelmola which is so easy to find the path from the property All in all we have nothing but positives after our week here, thank you Gianfranco & Giovanna!

Daniele's apartment is at the far end of the Naxos bay a ten minute walk from the hussle and bussle of the beaches and beach side restaurants/traffic. It sits between a couple of small, independent hotels but for us, in mid-June, was very quiet and peaceful, and with a beautiful setting overlooking well kept gardens and the sea. Not much else to add to the other positive reviews.....it's a great, well-appointed, private and quiet apartment and not a bad place from which to explore the Messina region if you have a car. We certainly recommend!

We were very pleased with our stay. Alessandro was very communicative, at check-in, in case of problems, when transferring our daughter to the airport. We enjoyed the small terrace very much, but it felt almost directly by the sea. We can only recommend the apartment. Volker and Iris

Barbara was an excellent host and we loved her home: we rented the entire home for our family (adult kids and partners, plus my husband and I) and it was perfect for everyone. The house has a fantastic view of Isola Bella, stairs to the beach are just few steps from the house, and there’s a parking lot just across the street (if you are driving be ready for very narrow streets ;) with cars, scooters and people all together). Barbara was super friendly, welcoming, attentive and helpful from the moment I booked and even more when we arrived. She communicated constantly with me. I highly recommend her place to feel at home waking up to a gorgeous, peaceful view. And there’s lot to do in Taormina and the surroundings. Fantastic trip, we already miss it …

The accommodation is cozy and invites you to relax. The surroundings are quiet and the view is awesome. However, it is recommended to have a car on site as shopping facilities are limited in the small village of Puntalazzo. The next major city (Giarre) is about 20 minutes by car, but that's perfectly fine. The parking facilities directly in front of the house can be challenging depending on the car as it is a bit angled. However, there is a parking lot 1 minute away. Orazio is a great host, he is quick to respond and gives good recommendations for the area and restaurants. He is extremely interested in enriching the stay and is always easily accessible🤩 Absolutely top. 👍

Great place in an excellent neighborhood. Plenty to do, lots of delicious restaurants within walking distance, and close to the train station. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Marielen is a fantastic host and very hospitable.

Great starting location for exploring the island, free parking in front of the property. A house with a soul and a place for a large family, with everything you need to spend time in it comfortably. A very friendly host who serves with advice and recommendations on what to see and where to eat well in the area, I highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay - what a find! Alessandra has put so much effort into making a beautiful home with everything you need. The balcony is absolutely epic - we loved having our breakfast and dinners out there every day! There are even things for you to take to the beach - towels, an umbrella, beach toys. The house has everything you need from olive oil to bug spray. Riposto is a great location - allows you to explore the island and also a great spot itself to visit great restaurants and local markets. Highly recommend! Thank you!
